Fantastic, we'll definitely be back.

The host was very friendly and accommodating, he left us some snacks and drinks in the fridge as well as toys and chocolate treats for the children. He made sure we had everything we needed and left us a lovely personalised message running through an we needed to know and suggesting places to visit. The apartment itself was great, very comfy and roomy with everything we needed and a nice garden. Having parking is very handy and it's within a decent walking distance of the pier and beach.

Excellent accommodation with everything you could need for a great break away and a great host

Amazing accommodation with parking, spacious, well furnished and well equipped in a great location for everything in Weston Super Mare. Huge lounge/diner, 2 good sized double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything you could need, more of a home than a holiday apartment. David, the host, was great and couldn't have done any more for us. Really good communication before our arrival, met us to show us around the apartment and hand over the keys, lots of lovely little touches, fresh fruit and flowers, tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchen, water, milk, juice, drinks and snacks in the fridge and even a newspaper on sunday morning. Although we didn't use it there is a lovely garden and garden room for use in the nice weather and load of toys and bits for children. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time in Weston Super Mare.

Nothing, everything exceeded expectations. The only suggestion would be to mention the apartments are behind the Birchfield Hotel as despite using a sat nav it was a little difficult to find the exact location which is tucked away in a close off the main road.

Great property,host and location.

The property is a great size for a family. There’s a bath in one of the two bathrooms which is great when you have kids or just fancy a soak. The other bathroom is jack and Jill. The garden is beautiful and has a large table and chairs, also the detached conservatory has a table and chairs with a tv inside. The kids loved the trampoline and felt very safe with the safety net. We even cooked a few meals in the kitchen as it had all mod cons. There is a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, airer, another fridge in the dining area and a wine chiller. Sky tv was an added bonus. The location is a 2 minute walk from the beach and the marina. Loads of things for kids to do nearby and some fab restaurants. Definitely recommend to everyone. David is a fantastic host and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Excellent apartment, highly recommend

David, our host, is a true gentleman. His welcome was incredibly warm, and he helped carry our bags upstairs. He'd bought provisions so we didn't need to rush to the supermarket. He stealthily came into the apartment and changed the fresh flowers, and cleaned the toilets. His attention to the smallest of details was fantastic.

The steps up to the second floor apartment were, at times, a struggle for my mother in law. I may have overlooked it when booking, but I don't remember steps being mentioned when reading the description.

Tranquil, beautiful apartment a credit to the owner

David is the perfect host, everything was thought of, fresh flowers, fruit, milk, tea, coffee, wine, chocolates to mention a few, superb apartment, loved the garden & conservatory bbq, so spacious, beds so comfy, 2 toilets bath & shower, been a few times & will definitely go back, excellent location near the beach restaurants & shops & short walk to the town, totally beautiful place!

Great big property, parking tight to access, but we were in a large minibus

Large property, grandkids had great fun with the games available for them, and lots of room to play in the main lounge, great host even left presents for the Grandkids on arrival

Location was accessible and close to all amenities. The host was excellent and accommodated all our wishes. He made us feel welcomed and even though the check-in time kept changing due to traffic, he waited for us.

The pictures do not do it justice, the apartment is massive. Everything you could possibly need and more was available. Dave the host was a lovely bloke and very helpful with anything we needed.

Kids complained there beds where abit hard but that may be preference.

David is a wonderful host. Very thoughtful (literally thought of everything you would need from kids toys to spare toothbrush). So close to the beach. Kid's didn't want to leave. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else when we go back.

David was a very welcoming ,couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was perfect . The location minutes from the beach and restaurants. Our 5 year old granddaughter was entertained with the trampoline in the garden and tent inside. A very pleasant holiday by all.

There were so many positives about Bridge Hall apartments it is difficult to know where to start. It was a well presented and spotlessly clean apartment with an outdoor area and even a conservatory to sit in. Everything you could need was provided including toiletries, a well equipped kitchen and a welcome 'basket' which had fruit, orange juice, chocolate, wine, milk and more which I cannot now remember. The location was just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and the host, David, could not have been more helpful but at the same time was not at all intrusive.

Nothing could be improved on for our visit. We were both genuinely sorry that our visit was so short and could have stayed longer in this lovely apartment.

Very enjoyable stay and we would happily come back.

We were met at the location by the owner. The owner gave us a quick tour around the property. Property size was great for our family - 2 adults and 3 children. 2 bathrooms very handy to have. Decent blinds and curtains in the bedrooms so it was not too light in the morning. Space for the baby bed in the parents room, proper mattress and cot. All kitchen gadgets that we needed. Property very clean, fresh flowers were located throughout and very comfy. Use of the washing machine was great and I returned with only a few dirty clothes!

There was nothing to note. Yes the building is a little old on the outside and internal hallways but the actual property was good.

We have never been in such amazing place before! In apartment we had more than we expect even a free bottle of wine, bears, milk etc. We felt like in our own home, very cozy apartment full of appliances. A great apartment in a great location, The host David is certainly thorough when it comes to making you feel welcome, He is the only host in all the years of using Booking.com that offers two set's of keys. The apartment is very spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and access to the garden. Parking is right outside the apartment.
