Amazing setup with pool and apartments are really lovely decorated and comfortable
Had to change 2 out of the 3 rooms of my booking because of damp smell and cockroaches in the bathroom
9.0 / 10.0
The room and decorations arranged for the special event, as requested, were well done. The staff was helpful, and the room ambience was excellent. Additionally, the bathroom and toilet were spacious and clean.
The restaurant had no vegetarian options, which made dining inconvenient for us. Even during the complimentary breakfast, we were limited to fruits, which is often a challenge for vegetarian guests. However, apart from this, our stay was very pleasant.

Spacious and beautiful views

Underrated great stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms in a perfect location. Friendly staff and good food! Almost all of the negative reviews I read here were from people obviously have no idea why they are talking about. Entitled rookie tourists who should have booked in Nusa Dua.

Beautiful grounds with lots of life from the greenery to the song birds. Friendly staff. Great food. Very large rooms! I would stay here again.
The pool was a little slimey.

Great location on the outskirts of Ubud. Beautiful gardens and view from the restaurant. Lovely relaxing and private villa room.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff are great. The room was clean and very well presented. The gardens and pool areas are very relaxing and while the location is so central, it is like an oasis of quiet in busy Ubud. We have stayed at this resort before and we will definitely be back.
While breakfast is included in the room price which is fantastic, it does offer limited options, especially if you are staying a few days.

Location location location. Big size well equipped room
8.0 / 10.0
The staff was extremely kind, our room was very big, the three pools and the scenery were beautiful. Comfortable beds. Good location, about 5-10 min by scooter to the center, quite some restaurants and coffee places surrounding the resort.
The breakfast was alright despite not having much variability. We ate everyday pretty much the same warm meals and fruit, of the sweet things one dish was varying every one or two days. The room had a bit of an old, stuffy odor and cleaning did not really meet my standards.
I found the daily replacement of towels and bed sheets unnecessary and unsustainable.

Pleasant and comfortable room.
Did not like the restaurant area. The hotel is quiet far from the centre of Ubud.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa with pool, it was very peaceful and private. We enjoyed the location slightly out of the busyness of Ubud. The resort shuttle into Ubud was helpful. Resort restaurant food and room service was great and well priced.
The resort is slightly run down, for example the bathroom in the 2 bedroom villa really needs a refresh.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size but there was limited wardrobe space. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were available. Beds were comfortable.
Wi-Fi in our room was bad but my son had the room nextdoor and his was good. There was a good choice for breakfast but the hot water jugs looked as if they needed a good clean.
It was nice to come back to the hotel after excursions and just relax by the pool.
It was walkable to Ubud town center (about 20-25 min walk depending on your pace) but the pavement was very uneven and a bit dangerous at night as there was hardly any road lights.
Poor Wi-Fi signal
Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh

Amazing stay, location was great, offer free shuttle to high street, swimming pools great, and decent breakfast
No significant issues. It's a slight shame that there are limited opportunities for massages, as they were booked in advance. There are 2 masseuses, but multiple rooms for massage, so clearly room for more, but we felt restricted and would've had more treatments if further timeslots were available

Best panorama during breakfast, quiet, feeling immersed in Bali jungle
Rooms would need some maintenance, particularly the Superior ones that are not decently isolated from insects
8.0 / 10.0
I loved my location Infront of the pool and close to all amenities! And the shower/bathroom is lovely too!
I didn't like the slab pavements walking through in and out as I did trip a few times especially when wet

Love the pools, the privacy and the gardens. Very nice room too.
Breakfast. Cold food that should be hot (ie. banana fritters, bacon, sausages etc.) No real coffee available, only Nescafé 🤢
Milk left out, not on ice.

Lovely setting overall, room size was really good
Unfortunately our room faced the main road so a bit noisy during the day but night time was good to sleep

The property is beautiful. I loved my room. It was a lovely escape from the chaos of the city. It looked exactly like the pictures. I thought the staff was kind and willing to help. I told them that I would be going on an early morning tour and they had a breakfast box prepared for me.

Location was good
The buffet breakfast wasn’t good would not recommend for anyone to stay here. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was also a lizard in our room and the fridge made an extremely loud noise and had to be unplugged.
9.0 / 10.0
The resort was excellent, the only reason I did not give them 10/10 is that they did not have an espresso machine, so I had to go over the road to get a real coffee

Lovely gardens and outdoor areas spacious and peaceful. The room was large and had everything we needed. It was easy to get motorbike taxi or car to anywhere you wanted to go
A little traffic noise at night.

Room design
Avoid this hotel if you value honesty, comfort, and basic hospitality. We booked a 100m² Luxury Suite and ended up in a smaller, cheaper room—with no explanation, no balcony, and no compensation.
Despite what they claim, the room we received was clearly not the one we paid for. Booking.com shows different prices for these rooms, yet staff insisted they were “the same.” They downgraded us without consent, and we were charged for the more expensive suite.
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the promotion: “Free dinner for 3-night stays.” We stayed 3 nights—but since they moved us to a different room, they refused to honor this offer. This is unacceptable.
Even worse: at 11 PM, we asked for a bottle of water and were told we’d reached our “daily limit” of 2 bottles. In a country known for hospitality, this was a shocking lack of care. We came all the way from Turkey, chose this hotel among thousands, and were treated like a burden, not a guest.
This was our most disappointing stay in Bali. We do not recommend Kori Ubud and will not return.

Superb buffet breakfast
It could have some facilities like a pool table or a collection of books

The breakfast was so delicious! So many choices in the buffet. With fresh squeezed juices every day and omelettes made for you on the spot

Quiet location despite being close to town centre. Staff are friendly and the room is spacious.
The lighting could improve. It was a bit dimmed overall

Kori Ubud provides a varied breakfast buffet. The pools and the gardens are very beautiful. There is a shuttle service to the city centre.
The food quality should be improved and there were too few vegetarian options.

The room was large and spacious, as was the bathroom. Very opulent and castle like. Buffet breakfast was good, but not great. LArge well maintained pool and also one for kids, with plenty of sun lounges and shade and places to read

Everything was perfect

It was stunning exactly how you imagine Bali and the pools were beautiful. The room was amazing, brilliant staff, the massage in the spa was so much better than at home. The owner was so accommodating after we had checked out and had to spend the day before our flight in getting our clothes dried in time. Lovely staff nothing is too much.
The only negative is the path to the rooms is difficult to manage luggage as it’s stepping stones the staff did most of it but the few bags we tried to help with we did struggle as you have to carry suitcases. But it’s a minor detail and aesthetically I can see why they have it like that as it’s serene and picture perfect.

Most beautiful property in price range of normal people in Ubud. Greatest staff especially manager Bagus.
Tolerable beds but a little hard…
There is now a good coffee place across road—Cafe Soleil—so almost paradise now….

Very nice staff and hotel. Our room was really clean.
The breakfasts were a little bit monotonous
