The butlers and guest experience team were highly responsive and proactive, anticipating our needs seamlessly. The spa and restaurant teams delivered outstanding service with calm confidence and deep knowledge, making every moment feel personal and unhurried.

The hotel is truly magical. Set above the river and surrounded by lush jungle, it creates a feeling of complete escape and serenity. The spa is exceptional—peaceful, beautifully designed, and deeply relaxing. A special mention goes to the service: the staff are incredibly attentive, discreet, and genuinely personalized every aspect of our stay. Everything feels thoughtfully curated down to the smallest detail.

Everything was absolutely amazing, nothing can beat Four Seasons Sayan. Honestly, from the moment we stepped into the hotel until checkout experience is 10/10.

unbelievable experience

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The gardens are pristine, the service is outstanding and food and drink service something out of this world. There is no need to leave the hotel as all the amenities is on the premises and the quality of food outstanding. The rooms are gorgeous and cleaned to perfection with all the amenities that you require. Dewa, Robby and all the staff were outstanding.

They gave us a different car from what we agreed , they cancel our massage without coming back to us They were trying to charge us for a different bills so many time enen the complimentary bags they want it to make money out of it . When u ask for a room service it took so long to send it and they were’nt organized and they made me pay for the breakfast which I already pay for at the counter and with the online also . They put also a room service charges for cleaning the room ??
