The staff was amazing. Just the sweetest, nicest people. But the size of our villa was truly amazing. Private pool, outdoor living room and dining room and full kitchen. Even and outdoor shower which was wonderful.

Beyond our wildest dreams. Everybody was superfriendly; the location is just gorgeous; you can have a fabulous breakfast 24h a day; the restaurant is top-notch. Only issue: you cannot really walk out; you will need a ride (for free until 5pm). But once you are in, you will not really feel like leaving...

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful property! From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. Someone is available and at your back and call 24 hours a day I felt so spoiled. The food options are beyond amazing and the quality of the ingredients they used blew me away. I ordered so much room service and it did not cost hardly anything. I did have a small hiccup that I didn’t need to mention. I always bring my own bedding and the last night I stayed there. I decided to get under their bedding and there were bloody stains all on the comforter that had been there prior to me arriving, so the linens clearly had not been changed. By the time I noticed all the dried blood stains on the comforter I had already slept underneath it and was disgusted. They sent someone to change out the comforter, but other than that, nothing else was done. That was my only issue with the property. Everything else was five stars. Would I stay there again absolutely.

Spectacular private villas, in the middle of a sumptuous jungle and river crossing inside the property, near Ubud center. Transportation to Ubud Center service included. Most kind and attentive staff, always available in WhatsApp chat. Breakfast included for different types of cuisine served at your private villa or in the restaurant. Second time staying here and was the perfect start to Bali! The staff is accommodating through pre-arrival information to ensuring we had a taxi for departure. They had all the extra touches - free welcome massage, 15 min photo session, complimentary rides around town, great inclusive brekkie. Perfect place to make some memories

This was by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The entire staff from the moment we arrived treated us like family. They accommodated every request we made with such politeness. I really felt like royalty. The property is immaculate and groomed every day. Our villa was so private and clean. I could easily live there! I almost want to keep this place a secret but you have to experience this beautiful place!

Amazing jungle feel location! Staff are super helpful and accommodating. They sit down with you when you check in and explain to you about the resort and places to go nearby. They weee also able to assist us in renting a scooter. Massage was so so more like a rub then an actual massage. Food was better thank most places.

My partners birthday was on the day we arrived, assuming they saw her passport, they surprised us with personalised cake! The staff were amazing and the views were unbelievable. Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But once again, if you want to just relax in your villa and do nothing (except for swimming, internet surfing, reading), this probably is the best place to "vacation".

The property should not advertise as 5 star, it can be 3 or 4 star. It’s situated in the jungle bushland due to that there are mosquitoes everywhere. outside there is little walk bridge while walking there it stinks like a sewage leak. At night time there is a ultra noisy bug cicada, which didnt let us sleep whole night. we was offered free spa massage per person in our package. when we went to the spa to redeem that offer we was told its just 15 min per person, which was very misleading. overall, it was an average experience!

This hotel is world class ! Staff is the best ! Each staff worker here deserves a best in class service award ! From front desk to staff helping with food service ! It’s just outstanding- only disappointment is you have to leave ! :) do not think twice this place is worth the price and chef is world class and so personable he came out to our villa personally to check and ensure we liked the food!

We stayed here with our children for 3 nights. The hotel is exactly like the photographers. Beautiful and calm. The rooms are spacious and the private pool was clean and enjoyed thoroughly by the family. You feel spoiled and pampered the moment you enter the hotel. It’s quiet and you don’t get to see other guests. Breakfast and all meal can be order and plated inside your own private villa. The food was great and quite reasonably priced compared to restaurants outside. The massage we got was one of the best. The sound and sight of nature surrounding you while laying semi outdoor was just one of a kind. The workers are always humble and attentive. They give you your space but will be there with one phone call. Having that said. The trade off of having such beautiful landscaping would be the presence of mosquitos, sounds of frogs at night…etc. it’s not a deal breaker as it didn’t affect everyone in our party equally. Will definitely come back next time we are in Ubud again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Kayumanis hotel, highly recommend it and would return without hesitation. The location is about 10-15 minutes drive from the centre of Ubud and a free shuttle is provided during the day for trips in and out. The hotel staff were so organised and helpful, making arrangements for any activities we wanted to do. The hotel is set in the jungle with spectacular views from the restaurant, pool area and all around. We were offered a free massage each with our stay and the treatments were wonderful. Breakfasts and dinners at the hotel were delicious and the staff were happy to serve meals at our villa, which we chose to do on a couple of occasions. This stay felt really luxurious and nothing was too much trouble for the team, it made for a perfect, relaxing stay for our visit to Ubud.

A top class Villa with private pool in a beautiful location. Spa, restaurant , main pool, private pool. Staff are top notch and the private butler truly was available 24/7. Remember it is Ubud so expect a few mosquitoes but they provide a comfortable environment for guests. It is close to nature and I’ll be back.

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighbourhood in Ubud. Staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any questions. The big advantage is a large pool in your villa so you can swim and de stress everyday. The menu is mainly Thai and Indonesian, with some Western options. All good and ingredients were of high quality and the cooking was excellent. The only downside is the mosquitoes in the outside toilet and shower area. Bring bug repellent. Highly recommended for honeymooners or couples looking to decompress and forget the outside world!

I loved the quietness, friendliness of the staff, outdoor features (shower/kitchen area). However, the toilet and main sink are open/outdoors and there were constantly bugs *mosquitos/flies/ants/frogs everywhere - even around toiletries. The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed was really hard. The outdoor area was nice, some furniture/cushions had signs of wearing but not horrible. I'm 5'2 and can not swim - therefore, was unable to use pool because of how deep it was. It was even too steep to climb down and just stand...this was a deep disappointment. It was also very far from most attractions/action, but we were told that "Ubud" was the better area. Again, appreciated the quietness. Food choices were solid and ranged from Western to local cuisine - very reasonably priced. Had massages that were just okay. No impressive techniques, no serene feeling, no spa like music, and staff were talking throughout in a distance that could be heard. Because of bugs, bed, depth of pool, and location I would personally not stay again.
