Nice hotel and highly recommend

The staff was amazing and they were attentive and helpful. Especially Mr Ramadan and a lady whose name I'm not able to remember but she was at the reception in the morning when I checked in and asked her to keep my baggage after my check out.

I think its a fine hotel so there's no complaints.

Good and comfortable stay near Internet City metro station

Our one bedroom apartament was very spacious, clean, (including clean dishes in cupboards, which is usually not the case), bed was very comfortable. There was additional toilet, washing machine (without washing powder). If you needed anything (slippers, additional towels or toothbrush) it was quickly arranged and brought up to your room. VERY customer friendly! Staff 5*! Location near the exit 1 of metro station was very convenient!

1. The choice for breakfast is not very big but the staff is very accommodating and agrees for changes. They do care to satisfy you, remember what you complained about and are willing to learn. Special thanks for Rachel. 2. Rooftop pool is small and seating area not very pleasant. 3. There is also a construction site in the surrounding but I don’t know many areas in Dubai, which are free from it…

Got a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with early check-in, printing boarding passes et al. The room was very spacious and offered all the necessary amenities.

The plumbing fixtures were a bit leaky, but nothing to worry about.

The staff is amazing, starting from Ramadan to Ibrahim and all the housekeeping. I’ve seen a lot of 5 stars hotels, but the staff and organization of this one, is no less!! Thank you for making our stay incredible!!

Extremely disappointing stay

The apartment was dirty and even smelled bad from the moment we walked in. We found shaved hair in the bathroom, some hair stuck to the bathroom walls, and used cotton swabs on the floor - absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, even at this price point. The cleaning service did nothing to improve the situation. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the water bottle, which should be replenished daily, was not replaced. Several power sockets were unusable, which made it frustrating to charge devices or use basic electronics. Overall, a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience. We definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

So close to Metro, great location and hygiene was good.

1. Extra beds were not provided as mentioned previously; We would have booked an extra room, had we known that it is such a prized commodity. 2. There were some emergency alarms (maybe test since no real action seemed to happen) blaring in the room for 2 nights that disturbed sleep. 3. For water, there is no proper guideline, but they create a lot of fuss for refilling the 2 bottles provided. 4. For parties with 2 rooms, they should have provided rooms together without having to request so much

Good value for money

Location was very convenient and there was plenty of parking. The room upgrade for our anniversary was much appreciated and the decor was lovely. The wife had a good time and that's what's most important.

I thought I paid via Booking.com, even got an email from them saying that it was paid, only to find out that it wasn't at the location which delayed our check in. The lighting in the unit wasn't ideal, it was either too bright or too dark, no mood lighting. Also I wish if the prices were clearer in the listing, other charges like tax, service, etc. are omitted and makes it hard to identify the right property conveniently.

None so far. Except the room we stayed in this time has quite musty smell. We already used disinfectant sprays but it is still lingers. The other times we stayed, we did not have this smell. But nevertheless, the services and hospitality is top notch!

Great stay and would stay again

The location was excellent. The metro is right outside the hotel. Brambles cafe was excellent and the staff were really friendly. The gym was not too bad as well.

The room smelled musty upon entry, but we left the kitchen window open at night to air the place out. The drying function on the washer dryer wouldn't work despite our best efforts to get it to work. Needed a dining table and chairs in the living area. Loads of dead space in the apartment we had.

Lovely stay at Citadines

I simply loved the Location of the Hotel which is very good. Close to restaurants, supermarkets and barber shops. The room was really good, spacious and had good amenities. The housekeeping staff was very good and made the rooms really neat and tidy every single time.

Particularly, the only thing that annoyed me a little bit was my device's disconnection from the wifi. It happens very often but when you are working and it happens it's annoying :), other than that all is good

Had a lovely stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai clean, comfortable, and great location. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Andrew, Robert, Venkatesh, and Madara. Highly recommended.

There’s no dedicated entrance for walk-in guests access is only through the car parking area, which isn’t ideal despite the hotel being just a 1-minute walk from the metro.

This property is a diamond in the rough, it’s very low cost for the quality and service you receive. The staff are very friendly; Anas, Sanjay & Madara at the reception always very friendly and work quickly and Ibrahim is always very welcoming at the door, and Kalam on weekdays and Bhupendra on weekends did a great job cleaning our room. The rooms are very clean and well equipped and it’s literally in front of the Dubai Internet City metro exit 2. The balcony makes it easy to dry your laundry as well.

Staff was great, booked several times here and the reception staff (Anas & ) were most helpful as always and Allan has done great maintaining our room. The property is just 1 min away from Internet city metro exit 2, so quick access to metro with not long travel in the heat :)
