As soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room, which was appreciated
Definitely not enough power sockets for charging devices in the apartment. Especially needed at the bedside. I had to remove the lamp socket so I could charge my laptop when working at the table.

The stay was comfortable overall, but the service needs improvement. I requested drinking water, and it was not provided when it was needed. After waiting for about 1.5 hours with no update, I had to go down to the reception myself to check on the request before I finally received the water. I hope the staff can improve their response time and communication for guest requests in the future.

Location is good. With some groceries around and a 10 minutes walk to the metro.
The appartments are quite old and you see the the usage. Expecially the kitchen is only very basic equipped and not usable for real cooking. Also the WIFI is very bad, especially when you have more than one device. Its definetly not suitable for home office or video streaming.
