I am coming back to Ramada every year, because I like everything about the hotel - the area, clean rooms, cozy and comfortable, silent place. Very thankful to all the team members for their kindly support during my stay

The breakfast selection was not great it was a simple breakfast . Parking or entrance of the hotel was awkward almost like entering an apartment and its a paid parking zone so no like front area

Everything about my stay was great—except for the spa experience. Unfortunately, the lady at the spa reception was consistently rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, she didn’t even greet me. I was the one who said “hello,” and her only response was dismissive “yes,” while she remained on her mobile phone, chatting with another staff member from the pool bar. When I asked where the steam room was, she didn’t bother to explain—she simply pointed vaguely toward a door. When I got there, the steam room was turned off. I returned to ask for help, and she coldly responded, “Press the button next to the door.” That kind of attitude is unacceptable. What made it worse is that my stay was long, so I had to face this same behaviour every single day. Her rudeness and lack of professionalism ruined what could have been a perfect stay. I strongly urge management to take this seriously. If this kind of service continues, you risk losing loyal guests. This is the reason for removing one star. Thank you

The staff were unbelievably polite and couldn’t do enough to help. The room was a great size and the bed comfy. We weren’t bothered too much about the location as we only needed a bed for the night after our late flight but it was great to have a 24/7 restaurants almost next door! The pool was also a nice bonus.

The air conditioning was exceptionally loud and the water in the shower lukewarm.

The Room was Ideal as the room lookout over the the city in the distance. The Buffet breakfast was much to my liking with a good selection of different types of food. The Room was very comfortable.

The Fridge could be better so that ice cubes could be stored as nice to have cold drinks with Ice. Prefer a walking shower rather than a bath but was ok.

The location was good for me and the rooms were very okay.

The prayer room should also be well attended to.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was very convenient, with Carrefour nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the Metro. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming every day. The home cleaning service was consistent, and the room was always cleaned thoroughly.

We liked that the beds were super soft and comfortable. They provided room service and the food was lovely. One of the receptionist named Germea was very helpful and she made sure our stay was comfortable. Additionally the breakfast was one of the best . All in all would 100% recommend this hotel for your next stay

The staff welcomed us with great warmth and made us feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable, One of the two rooms given were bigger compared to the other, may be because of the toddler with us. The breakfast was good and tasty.. The reason for us to book here was to explore that area and also due to the children swimming pool. We used it in the morning hours, and our kid was extremely happy for it. Life guard person was also very cooperative and helpful. Overall, I am very much satisfied with the stay.

Pool was accessible from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm only. In the summers, I think the pool should be accessible at night as well atleast for some late hours. Although not an indoor pools, it is having a roof on top, but the summer heat does its toll on the people sitting outside the pool. We had some difficulty checking in because we forgot to bring the passport of my spouse's parents who have been staying with us on visit visa since some months. I had to travel all the way back to Flat in Sharjah to fetch them and return during a busy Saturday evening traffic. It was not because of the fault of hotel staff, but had to take that difficult path to check the parents in.

I recently stayed at Ramada in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I made my first booking, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They sent a kind welcome message and quickly responded to my requests, including providing an invoice. It was refreshing to see how accessible and responsive they were, even late at night or early in the morning via text. Originally, I had only planned to stay for one night. However, the hospitality, cleanliness, and unbeatable value for the location made me extend my stay for two more nights—and then a third! The staff made the entire process seamless. They merged my bookings smoothly, helped me avoid changing rooms, and even arranged for payment in cash at my convenience. One small moment that really stood out: I overpaid in cash by 2 AED, and the staff member (a security guard, likely helping due to short staffing) made sure to return the change right away. That level of honesty and care says a lot about the team here. This stay was especially meaningful for me since I used to live in this area for three years. It felt like a nostalgic trip, and the hotel made it all the more special. Security at the hotel is also commendable. When I first arrived, I was politely stopped and verified before entering, which I appreciated. After checking in, they recognized me and allowed smooth access each time. That level of care makes me feel confident about bringing my family next time, especially if I need to step out for business. Another thoughtful touch: Every morning, even when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on, they would leave water bottles at my door. As a former gold member of one of the largest hotel chains in the world, I can say without hesitation that Ramada exceeded my expectations—and even outshined those major brands in service. The restaurant for breakfast. The staff are not paying attention. The food is okay. Nothing special for breakfast and dinner. Its say on booking.com it has 10% off for dining but we didn't get the offer. The hallway smells cigarette.

Mohie was absolutely amazing throughout our whole stay. We stayed when the place was called Auris Inn where we first met Mohie, and he was still there for this stay. Instantly remembered him, and he made sure to cater to all our needs. Exceeded our expectations! He put a smile on my daughters face everytime we saw him. He deserves a promotion!
