The housekeeping needs slight improvement. Should fold clothes for guests, there should be no cockroaches in the room (pest control mandatory) & it doesn’t hurt to organize the room a bit.

Very expensive paid parking. Limited options for breakfast considering the price. Long wait at check in and check out. Hotel somewhat shabby and worn out corridors. Rooms are small. Area has limited dining options. The gym is rather limited. Kindness of some the staff, despite all, in particular Jenny who tried to solution problems. I am grateful for that and for her kind and flexible gestures.

Great hotel if you want an affordable get high class option. The staff are super accomodating and always happy to assist when needed. Very close to the palm but can come across some traffic towards Dubai mall. Overall would definitely recommend.. The room service was delicious, the housekeeping was great and the beds are amazing!

Was a good stay for the money we paid. Property is between Dubai Mall area and Dubai Marina. Also close to Palm Jumeirah. The metro station is at 1km walkable distance.

Property was decent for the price, staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at very welcoming always willing to help. Room was spacious. Room cleaned daily however you never know when they will come it could be 10-11am or 17:30pm I guess the priority is checked out rooms. Breakfast was pretty standard, I’d advice going early when the food is warm and fresh.

Fantastic staff, 10/10 in terms of services. Great response from reception on any call made from the room. Provided us to keep the luggage’s in luggage room even after check out. That was great. Highly recommend.

Very courteous staff and helping people. Amrit and Hasan were especially nice. Hamid at the front desk directed us to the right places to eat and dine. Joy at the Tour desk gave us the excellent tips. Would recommend this hotel to anyone i know.
