The hotel is located close to a Metro Station, so it is easy to use the Metro to get to many tourist attractions. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good.

first and last stay

access to the nearby attractions, close to some of the good locations, 20-30 minutes from the downtown.

the rental car was hit in the hotel while parked at night, but the hotel didn't share the cctv or call the police, and now am being scammed by the rental company "sixt" and booking didn't even bother to check the case or communicate with the rental cover for the claim submitted over 2 weeks now!

overall, it was good experience, and I would stay again.

I liked the location, it was very central, everything was available in a 5 minutes walk, the metro was very near, the breakfast was very nice, though it was only English.

The room size was very small, there was no remote in the room for the TV. The washing machine in the room was not working properly and the drain use to block every time

Good value for a staying in Dubai

Property is very well located, walking distance from the metro station. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is superb! The gym is one of the best gym ever found in a hotel. Rooms are a little old but overall very comfortable. Ours had even a kitchenette and a washing machine. Al Barsha heights neighborhood is very nice and full of restaurants and shops all walking distance from the hotel.

Exceptional introduction to Dubai. Will stay (and recommend) this Hotel in the future

Proximity to rail network. Exceptional assistance from staff especially sites to visit and how to get there. Included breakfast was great. Facilities clean and welcoming. Other facilities available in the building for example a small shop for basics, a gym, a sauna.

Location is great, metro station nearby, many restaurants and a few grocery shops. Great staff, in the hotel and in the restaurant.

The A/C system in the room needs an upgrade. The room looks a bit dated. So does the pool. Breakfast was not great, could do with more variety of foods. Restaurants meals were good, minus pizza.

I didn’t like anything.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was extremely dirty, and the fan in the bathroom was not working at all. Because of this, there was a very bad smell throughout the room, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, I am not happy with my experience, and I strongly advise others not to book this hotel.

Really good overall experience.

The overall experience is great. The room itself, the personel, the hotel facilities (gym, dining area, lobby) - everything is at really good level. The gym is well equipped. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was included in the price. Small kitchen stove was really useful, I cooked a dinner a few times (the pan and apliances were at disposal). Having a washing machine in the room was also great.

The only thing that could be improved is to add cheese slices to the breakfast menu. It would be great to have a cup of coffee with cheese sandwich.

The room has a kitchenette with microwave, dishes and cutlery, as well as a washing machine, making it possible to stay a week comfortably. I appreciated the shuttle to various malls, giving me a welcome break from driving.

Location and staff. The couches where very comfortable.

There are not enough plugs in the room. Only one side of the bed. The Tv was old and couldn't find anything suitable to watch. No casting. The room smelled of fried fish in the evening and sometimes of cigarettes.

Good short stay

The location is great. 5-7 minutes walking from the Metro Station. The surrounding is quiet and there's a nearby supermarket. The room was clean and spacious but the extra beds they offer are small and not very comfortable. The kitchen facilities are very good . Checking in and out was very smooth.

Very good place to stay with many facilities in the hotel itself

The hotel is located perfectly, close to the metro station and there are also always taxi drivers nearby so no problem with transportation at all. There are couple of shops nearby as well as pharmacies and a clinic. The room itself is quite good too - we had a 1-bedroom room - spacious and clean. We had everything you may need in our room - a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a big-sized fridge, cutlery and cookware as well as plates, glasses and cups. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job all the time with a small exception when they forgot to restock bathroom supplies and replace the towels, however one call to housekeeping resolved this issue. The room service is also good and quite fast. The gym and the swimming pool are also worth to check out. The gym has everything you need for both cardio and weight training. Nothing extra, but you will find all the basic equipment as well as weights and mats. I would also like to mention breakfast we had at the hotel - the food was delicious - everything was fresh, tasty and with a good variety of dishes. On another note, I would like to mention how professional and friendly the hotel staff was. Everyone I was interacting with - including receptionists, Beastro restaurant staff and housekeeping staff - was always ready to help and assist with any requests we had. I can say for sure that the staff made our stay even better and more enjoyable.

To note here regarding the room - by the end of the day we couple hear a canalisation smell so make sure to close the drain when you finish your shower. There are a couple of downsides we noticed: (1) the room was a bit dark, especially in the bedroom; (2) Also regarding the room - by the end of the day we couple hear a canalisation smell so make sure to close the drain when you finish your shower; (3) the elevators are a bit slow.

Beyond my imagination.

This hotels has been the very best I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is all over smiling and greeting and offering to help you. Ms Soukaina, Sandani, Mr Musa, Siroj and Riyaz were my favorite, go to staff members trying to answer all the unusual questions I had about Dubia and anything else. I plan on staying at this 4 star hotel again when I visit Dubia and I will refer it to others that will visit Dubia
