Water for shower become high and cold . Also the air conditioning gold and hot .can’t set the temperature. Toilet not clean. Floor 12 Staff not polite especially for restaurant.

Missing complimentary amenities like toothbrush/paste and disposable slippers. Common toiletries like shampoo, body and handwash gels, conditioners, were too diluted, lacks lather which makes foaming difficult.

Excellent place

Everything, beginning with the friendly polit staff, and special thanks to mohammed at the reception for a very generous upgrade to my room. The room was clean, large, everything needed was in there, modern. The location is amazing, so many restaurants, cafes and markets, many are 24/7. Metro station is 10 mins walk

Barsha is fun, but, not easy to get around.

I liked that it was available. Thats it. Barsha isn't a bad place so i guess thats a half tick for location but be prepared to drag your bags and or expensive taxi fares as its a weird little place.

Staff were annoying, things had to be restated many times. A lot of times, it seemed 'hard'. Location at first blush is okay, but generally painful with a bag.

Nice staff, hotel that is good for its price

Spacious room, a bath in the bathroom, nice rooftop pool (small but okay) and a gym with some basic equipment. I’d say the staff was really helpful!

Breakfast wasn’t very good, even though there was a choice, the food itself wasn’t of great quality

It’s the most bad experience I saw in my life the super visor was not professional at all. And he didn’t even deserve to be in this position he spoke in very bad way like he told me we can’t help u to change the date or anything else if you don’t like go to other hotel

the room was great, bed super comfy, weird pillows but very comfy. Location is excelent in walking distance to metro, supermarkets , restaurants (not fancy!).

Good location. Starbucks in the lobby is a plus for business travelers. The room size is good. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Good place, but unique policy for a hotel

The room was very good, nice bed and sheets, very comfy. Staff was very nice and location is great, despite the usual traffic of the town, but there's parking available in the hotel, very convenient.

I was surprise that during check in I was asked to leave an amount for deposit, which is very unique for a hotel to do. I used to see this only in hostels. In the end this value is returned in cash, not to your card. Also, the blowdrier in the room only works for a couple of seconds, needs to be put away for a while and it comes back to life.

Stayed at Signature 1 Hotel in Tecom and was pleasantly surprised—while the rates were very reasonable, the facilities felt more polished and upscale than what you’d usually expect at this price point. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the common areas well-maintained, and the overall vibe had a nice touch of quality that made the stay feel like great value for money.

When we entered the room, smell was a bit off, but after a few minutes it was gone.

Its cozy nice clean and tidy the staff and everyone that work there are very kind and respectful people. The food room service not the best but yet good . The pool is a bit small but yet the view is a winner . The gym could be enhanced. But yet i would definitely revisit in my upcoming stay

I hated the spa in the roof floor , bad staff and the spa must be under the hotels management and not some massage company very bad people there i suggest the hotel management do their own spa it would be 10,000 times better

The staff is very friendly, and the cleanliness and room facilities are excellent. The location is good in TECOM (Barsha Hills), near JBR and Jumeirah Palm.

There are a few parking spots available for the hotel. However, it is manageable.

One of the worries experienced

Alright first of all i checked in at 1AM in the room with stains in the Toilet seat and the Hot water is not working and during check in nobody informed me then i moved to another room the is no hot water and making noise all the night i requested to speak with manger at 8:30 they receptionist told me there is no manger in the Hotel manger will arrive at 9:00 so i will never comeback for sure and one of the worst experiences in my life and Hotel with out manger its not a Hotel.

The check-in process wasn't very pleasant. Collecting a security deposit was the top priority for the receptionists. I politely requested that it be waived because I had arrived late in the evening and even told them that I hadn't brought much extra money with me because I had made a last-minute reservation. I booked the room since I wasn't feeling well, and informed them that I will be checking out early the next day. They responded sarcastically and even asked why I wasn't carrying extra dollars. Lack of understanding and empathy. They asked for the room payment and deposit without even extending a cordial greeting. This just ruined the stay for me. Train your team on how to deal with paying customers in a polite manner. I understand that the employees were merely doing their job, but when a guest is only staying for the night, the management should also exercise flexibility in terms of collecting a deposit.

we wanted to go for a quick swim in the pool before we needed to head out again. when we arrived the pool was already being cleaned. we were told to wait about 10 minutes, wich turned out to be 30 minutes. we were wondering why they started cleaning the pool when it was still open for another hour.

Served it’s purpose for one night only

Location was decent, quite difficult to access but alright nonetheless. Staff were great especially the Filipina receptionist.

The bath tub was stained with old dirt and even foot step marks that shouldn’t be there. The water heater for the shower does not really work, it was either too cold or too hot. The aircondition smells damp — like it hasn’t been cleaned for forever, I actually had allergies because of it
