Here’s a polished, clear, and professional version of your message: I made the booking through my phone. During the first attempt, the Chrome browser showed that the payment had failed. On the second attempt, the browser confirmed that the payment was successful. However, I later discovered that the amount was deducted twice. I tried contacting both the hotel’s reservation desk and Booking.com to resolve the issue and request a refund, but they kept redirecting me to each other without taking responsibility. I feel completely cheated by this experience. I will never recommend either the property or the platform, as this level of service is unacceptable and inhumane..

It is true value for money with everthing clean, cozy and well thought for customers comfort. From bedding to washroom to overall facilities are great for solo and family travellers. The only let down was the breakfast which can be improved.

The breakfast needs improvement. Last time when I visited, it was located on G floor and it was nice.

The place and what it offers: • Seriously, the best bang for your buck! Everything you need is always there, and there are a lot of markets and restaurants with all sorts of food nearby. • Plus, the metro station is like a 10-minute walk away. The staff and service are awesome: • The staff was seriously amazing and super quick. • The front desk team was FANTASTIC! They responded to everything right away, no matter when I asked. • Housekeeping was also super fast at helping me out. This hotel never disappoints me. I am consistently impressed by the exceptional customer service and professionalism they provide.

Location and Amenities • Best value for the money Services & Location & all that you need always available, lots of markets, restaurants o different cuisines nearby. • Also, the metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk. Outstanding Staff and Service • Staff was exceptional Swift and prompt. • The front office team was AMAZING!! very quick, immediate response at any time to any request. • Housekeeping people also were very fast to cater to my needs. • However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay, but the responses and management were over my expectations. • Also, they updated the doors' lock with NFC cards and also TVs in the rooms with new smart ones to improve the guests' experience This hotel never lets me down. Every time, I am amazed at how they maintain their excellent level of customer service and professionalism

Fantastic breakfast, huge choice of hot and cold dishes. Cleanliness, special thanks to Mr. Noor who took everyday care of our comfort. Our room was perfectly cleaned everyday. Localisation, plenty of shops and restaurants around hotel. 7-10 minutes walk to metro station /Internet City/ Wonderful stay, and best wishes to all exceptionally welcoming staff. I will be back for sure.

Amazing hotel with good service and accommodation. Room was clean and cozy. Very tasty food in the hotel. Separately I want to say thank you to housekeeping men Vishnu and Joey . Location and Facilities were very good, but for service price in high season is much to high

Size of the Room, Breakfast was very good, other guests, facilities were very ok, location in tecom is very good, bed was good, and good kitchen with washing machine

Staff did not remember what we ordered: check in and check out time and payment was a problem, they forgot a lot of things we told them, because they communication and writing down on paper problems to remember details. For that price this service was not enough.

This was my first visit to Dubai and I had a ball of a time.

Breakfast was great chef and staff very efficient and friendly. Kudos to Bianca she made us feel at home. I will strongly recommend ( and I did) Time Oaks.
