Not reccommended at all. Quality of the room is the worst, they lose your cars.

Breakfast and the location were good. Nothing else.

First of all, they asked for security deposit for any possible damage that we can give to the room. I travel a lot and never experienced this in my life. After I saw the quality of the room, I automatically decided that I should have asked for a deposit. The bathroom was rusty, some lights in the room were not working, the closet door was not closing. The biggest thing was that while I was checking out, they lost my car in the parking lot!!! I was supposed to be somewhere at a certain time for my daughter but since we waited for them to find my car for 1 hour, we were late and my daughter started crying. Will never forget this experience.

location is good, service is bad, i dont think i will book this hotel again

the location is great near the metro and main roads, the apartment was spacious with small kitchen and a livingroom for our little family.

there is a lot of construction around in the roads which caused heavy traffic that lead to 20 min ride takes 50 min. the staff aren't very welcoming and hard for them to put a smile in their faces. we called multiple times to have necessary baby crib, toothpaste and water. the apartment had very bad smell or us to stay comfortable, filled with bugs and cockroaches. there is always traffic in the way these elevators work which caused us to wait minutes every time we needed to use them.

I like the housekeeping and service by the staff, a special mention of Mr Swapna in housekeeping his service is excellent and he has got a good makeup. Keep the rooms neat and tidy at all the times.

Great and convenient hotel in Dubai

The location and proximity to the Metro and supermarkets. The room was great. Loads of space and the beds were comfortable. The pool area was nice, and the hotel has the best hotel gym I have ever come across. Just remember to bring your own towel and the air-conditioning is not the best in there.

The elevator situation. Wait times were horrendous depending on what time of day you wanted to use them. Etiquette seems to be lacking here with the fellow guests, so it can be very frustrating at times.

Perfectly

The advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the metro station. The staff is very friendly, and the room was cleaned every day. It was nice to return from exploring the city and find a neatly made bed and a clean bathroom with fresh towels. I also appreciated the comfortable bed, which felt like sleeping on a cloud. It was important for me that there were Russian-speaking managers at the reception. I would like to express my gratitude to Evgeniya for her helpfulness. She was always available and provided assistance with any inquiries. And also, on my birthday, the Hotel gave me a compliment in the form of a delicious cake, for which I am very grateful. I was very pleased. I would very much like to return to this Hotel again.

Horrible stay

Location and space in accommodation room.

Too long to list !! Here's a few: Room was not ready even though charged for a night we didn't stay but had erroneously booked.lack of ue towels ,toiletries properly functioning Ac and fridge 4 hangers in a 2 bed suite for 4 people.Lies told by staff having been woken by a fire alarm at 3am (after a 24 hr travel) lifts were a nightmare always super busy and we were on the 31st floor!! By soon had to use the stairs one day.Also be aware the road is used as a super car race track all night so that noise meant very disturbed sleep could do with a glazing update ! Housekeeping was inconsistent waited 15 mins for clean towels one day.Rooms have signage to leave on floor if not reusing but often all taken anyway which meant constant calls to reception and then waiting!! We are now put off this brand as a family and anyone else requesting my opinion.

Very old, smell, mould on the windows and bathroom, stains on wall and curtains, only one water glass. Long check in and check out time. The receptionists seemed to be familiar with hotel bookings using booking.com and kept on asking me to make the payment, even when I have already paid through booking.com

The Excel in everything to be the WORST!! Rude, not professional staff, every small request from your side starts with ,,as per policy,,, not flexible at all. Room are having old furniture and equipments, house keeping ignoring your calls and when you are lucky that they answer they don't come to provide whatever you asked (like towels), which after each cleaning they removed and not replaced, cutlery, water...etc For the elevators and valet parking, you have to wait at least 40 min to see yourself finally out of the hotel. I have reached at 11:30, the guy at the reception ofc starts with as per policy....you have to wait or to pay 50 AED extra to enter the room 2 hours and a half eary. I was happy to wait, but was extremely busy the lobby and not a single place to stay. Many other things are to be mentioned. Please don't waste your money but more than this your TIME with them. Don't get tricked by their ,,fake,, reviews! Never again there!

The hotel is very spacious, has an incredible gym, great shops and facities on site. Location is also good.

The staff were not helpful at all. There were also some works being carried out during the day which was really noisy and when my partner was ill, the staff refused to stop those works. We extended our stay 2 times, but the staff do not really seem to care about customer satisfaction at all. We also had a problem when checking out as the hotel takes deposit in the beginning of your stay (and also charges tax). They claimed my partner damaged the door, which was not the case. There were also many things not working, including TV. I would recommend being very careful when first arriving and checking everything is working - otherwise, the hotel will try to charge you for anything that isn't working, whether you caused any damage or not. Also be prepared the price you see originally will end up being higher due to hotel charges.

1015 rooms - too crowded

- the location. Right next to internet city metro station. 2-3 stops to marina - the spacious apartment with kitchen, balcony and washing machine

- the hotel has 1015 rooms and only limited elevators —> drama - the rooms need renovation - the pool is actually quite big for a hotel pool with even a separate whirlpool. But 15 sunbeds for 1015 rooms with heaps of kids in the pool - need I say more ? - having read the b’fast reviews I didnt even bother to try it. At 5 mins walk there is a supermarket with nice French baguette. - the occupancy is extremely high, no doubt mainly bcse of the fair price compared to marina prices. For me next time another hotel

We absolutley hated our stay and checked out early becasue we couldn't stay any longer.

The staff were nice and there was a gym so I could walk daily as the area did not feel safe or have anything nice top look at if you went out. But the gym wasn't great! The pillows were gross and when we asked for new ones, they were not better so we went to ikea and purchase our own.

The smell, the sales people in the foyer, the smokers that stayed on our none smoking floor, the people hassling us to go with hem every time we went to leave the building
