Super comfy Stay

Staff were extremely supporting, room and bathroom were functionally appreciate. Linen, toiletries were extremely good considering the cost. Parking was easy and of course, the location was highly convenient.

It was a good location and well looked after hotel apartment. Staff was very friendly and warm. Shout out to Augustine, Rushmika, Thiri and Gonzaga for looking after us and helping us. Will definitely stay again

We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel. As a young an active couple, we found it offered excellent value for money. The location is very convenient, with Palm Jumeirah easily accessible and the Dubai Internet City metro station just a 10–15 minute walk away. A special thanks to Gonzalo, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was lovely, served at the table with beautiful presentation, offering a choice of seven options and freshly served coffee. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was well maintained. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We would gladly stay here again.

When neighbors in the corridor were a bit noisy, the team responded quickly and professionally.

They have no view, the windows are very high, you can't see anything. we slept on the floor because the sofa is very old, we couldn't move because it made a lot of noise...

Good hotel

I liked the hotel staff and the guys at the café, everyone was super friendly! The room was cleaned every day (thanks to Gabriel and Dipak). I also liked the Soluna beach! Thank you!

The room is cold, the kitchen window overlooks a construction site. It's better not to choose accommodation with meals, as the menu is limited compared to the standard one. Lunch and dinner are quite similar, there’s almost no meat—just a burger and a couple of sausages, along with some pastries.

A 36 Hours weekend package

+ The so called 36h "weekend package " is a excellent idea with late checkout at 6pm. Hopefully they improve the processes. + Possibility to buy Ab access onto private beach + mr. Augustine at the front desk saved my day by helping with the safety box in the room and helped with a lot of bags by getting a taxi with excessive efforts. Actually he saved the whole thing and by his efforts.

- I had to ask twice from room service to get a blanket and robes; second time I had to personally go to the front desk - apparently processes don't function as they should; even I had purchased a weekend package with late checkout and ask it to guarantee it with check-in so at round 1130am at Sunday morning some guy is calling me and asking if I need a late checkout? They're calls that definitely I and no one don't want to have. Pls, do your homework, and study what you have sold. In this case they said that they have given me an upgrade that doesn't include late checkout. Thank you for telling me that, nobody told that before. - there is a construction site going on just beside of the hotel which cause a disturbation.

I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Augustine, the security team member, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made a significant difference and left a very positive impression.

During my stay, I noticed that basic supplies such as toilet paper, shower gel, tea, and sugar were not replenished regularly. It would be helpful if the housekeeping team could check these items more carefully to ensure guests have everything they need throughout their stay.

I was really amazing trip, their service was excellent. Staff was very helping and available all the time when you needed. I had good checkout experience, all the credit goes to Mr Augustine, he was available on just one call, he is amazing guy, all the luggage handled by him. Strongly recommended.

A short summer trip...

The property is simple and nice. Not too big and not too small plus privately managed.

All seems fine on general. Probably some more courteous and well trained staff with smiley face and friendly attitude would be much appreciated over the reception. They should atleast know the whole background the moment you mentioned your room number and from there tailor made your approach towards them. Take into consideration in all part of customer service will be way forward for improvements.

I stayed at the hotel for 25 days and absolutely loved it. There was a minor issue, but the hotel manager Yassir immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. True professional hospitality. I enjoyed the breakfast and drinks at Risen cafe. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent. It's very close to shops, restaurants, and the metro. The property also features a spa, gym, and swimming pool. The staff were very friendly. Many thanks for their help, especially to George, Mohammed, John, and others (I don't remember their names). The staff responded immediately to every request. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were professional. We had a lovely time here.

The pool was closed. We were offered a pool at another location, even with delivery, but it wasn't the same. Fortunately, it only lasted two days, and then the staff called and said the pool was back open.
