Disappointing experience and overpriced property

Location only

The bed mattresses were heavily used and not comfortable at all, I can feel the kicks on the bed frame from the room next to me, dental kit to be provided with extra charge 5 AED and tissue boxes too , breakfast is poor with very limited variety and extremely crowded with big question mark on the cleanliness especially in the eggs cooking area and plates

Very cozy and comfortable hotel! Has everything that you need for short and long stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Barsha Heights! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were cozy, the beds super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Good location, near metro station. We also loved the Toads pub, great atmosphere! The pool was nice, though a bit small, but overall everything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the hotel greeted us with a wonderful fragrance. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out with a warm smile. A truly welcoming experience!

No amenities were in the room, not even the tissue paper when I called they said they don't keep tissue box in the room but they sent it. No toothbrush etc, you have to pay for them.

Fabulous experience, great value for money

Don’t go there with your family not honest people or safe and they will hide behind a phone when required to give bad ne

Most of Staff were dishonest and taking money from bad dangerous people, hotel are a aware but wasn’t willing to do anything until I provided them with proof even though they knew what’s was happening and also trying to get myself to stop my complaint regarding this ! I continued and eventually was told they dealt with the issue of the bad bad person not being slowed back to harass hotel guests with his invitation of illegal things and serious threats.

The bathtub in our hotel room was quite high, which made it a bit difficult to get in and out. Also, the bathroom is in need of maintenance due to a water leak. Despite having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign clearly displayed, hotel staff accessed our room without authorization

Not impressed

Lovely and clean

Advertised as adults only pool, 15 kids in the pool at one time given it’s a small pool there was no space for anyone else. Parents had no control over the kids neither did the life guard. I specifically booked this hotel for it being adults only pool, this was not the case. Almost everyday we had to wait for a sunbed due to the lack of beds available, there was towels on beds but for hours while we were waiting for a sunbed no one came back to their towels. On one of the days we got up early went for a sunbed, asked the lifeguard for a bed to be kept for us for 30mins was told no it wasn’t possible but could hold for 15mins max. As mentioned above there was numerous times we were at the pool where towels were on beds for hours and no one returned to the beds. The shuttle service that is advertised is another reason we booked the hotel due to being able to easily access the main attractions however the service was twice a day which again wasn’t fit for purpose or what was advertised. Cost us in taxis rather than using the free shuttle service which is a cost I was not expecting when it was advertised as a free service

The pool closed at 6pm which was different to what was advertised on the website. The pool area is quite small and very little space to sunbathe.

Breakfast was continetal, (very heavy, fried food) every day we have same food to chose! Not much choises if you have dieteary restrictions. No oats for breakfast, just corn flakes, no plant milk.....for omlettes they used too much oil.

Good location, good breakfast and free shuttle to the beach

The hotel is in a good location, about 1 kilometer from the Metro station, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also used the free transfer to Jumeirah Public Beach, the bus was completely full, reservation is required, better maybe even a day in advance. Nice room, although a bit smaller. Excellent breakfast in a quiet and pleasant hotel restaurant. The hotel met our expectations.

In the morning we wanted to use the hotel pool, but it was in the shade because of the tall building next door and without the sun it was quite cold outside.

The Hotel is Spic and Span - Full marks for that. Daily Housekeeping Room amenities were top Notch.

The single most disappointing factor to me was when they wanted to charge for 1 pair of Room slipper for someone who had booked for 18 Nights. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with lesser amenities - but all of them provided for room slipper complimentary. I could understand if i was staying less than 3 nights. Rest everything works.

Home away from home on my first trip to Dubai I

The staff were all very kind and attentive especially being a solo traveller. The room was clean with a super comfy bed. The facilities such as the restaurant, pool and coffee shop were very handy amenities. A fabulous home away from home on my first trip to Dubai.
