Water in shower is not very hot, maybe cause of high floor room location. It’s warm enough to take quick shower, but some people, like me, prefer it boiling temperature😅 Elevators are busy sometimes and stop at every floor on your way, so it can take you 10 minutes to ride it. All this disadvantages are minor and can’t be fixed easy, otherwise everything was so good.

The room was a great apartment - spacious, lots of light and very comfortable! The location is ideal right outside the metro (literally there in 10 steps) so I could get around easily without calling a taxi.

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The room was great size. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided water refills on a daily basis and had efficient room cleaning service. The facilities were very nice. Starbucks being in the lobby was also a nice bonus.

The bed was very firm, which is not my personal preference. However, the pillows were amazing and perfectly plush. Aside from that, everything about the stay met or exceeded my expectations.

Lifts tend to be hard to get in the morning as the hotel gets busy and balconies are all closed which is a pity if you want to enjoy the great sea view

The hotel is amazing. Very luxury. Big rooms, cleaned every day comfortable bed and perfect view to the city. We was on 36 floor. Staff are kind. Metro station is 3 4 minutes walks. Recommend with 2 hands.
