Place of the hotel

I had many issues during my stay, no one car about the costumers, food are not allowed to deliver or someone can support, parking issues you I had to walk all the way because the door was closed, the room looks clean but the bed was not clean enough, also the room service closed after 10:00 PM, the funny park is the breakfast was not good at all, I have ever seen breakfast like this before.

- Had an ample business suite allocated - Great variety of dishes for breakfast; all fresh - Location is great for business meetings. The metro is 1 min away and taxi drop off is convenient

- The hotel has two reception desks. The one at the taxi drop-off was unmanned on arrival, which was rather disconcerting for a first-time visitor.

We loved everything at the Staybridge Units. Location was real good, our room was really lovely, very roomy and well laid out. The breakfast was really lovely, great variety, well presented.

Lovely hotel! Maureen was very pleasant and welcoming she even gave me an upgrade. I ended up extending my stay for a week, and the next :-) The food is great, and the housekeeping was very thorough and had attention to detail. Nino always checked if I needed anything in the kitchen. The room is huge and spacious, and the hotel is close to the metro. Plus, there are also lots of taxis just outside. The breakfast was good, the spa and massages are very relaxing, the gym is well equipped too.

Nothing, all was good. Had a moment during my first extension where the day receptionist thought I was overstaying an odd miscommunication that at first felt rough, but that was all.

Perfect spot for a short business travel stays.

This is a wonderful property for business travelers who are in town for meetings or work in the nearby area. Self-contained studios allow for you to be able to easily store some food for quick dinner, snack or breakfast on the go, and the room itself is quite sizeable.

There's nothing I don't like, per se. With that said, objectively speaking, amenities are probably. better suited for business travel than personal travel. Other hotels in the area probably have nicer recreational areas (pools, spas, etc), but if your expectation is function and not design or polish, than this would be a great hotel for families as well.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Staff – A True 5-Star Experience!

Our experience at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and genuine hospitality. Shalika at the front desk welcomed us and had our room ready well before check-in after a long flight—what a thoughtful gesture! Alex, Maureen, Lakai, and Anam were also incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The restaurant team—Ashish, Salome, Elya, and Nerud—made sure we had plenty of delicious vegan and vegetarian options. Huge thanks to chefs Pedro and Nisal for the amazing food! Our suite felt like a luxury apartment with ocean and city views, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. Thiha and Abdullah kept our room spotless and cozy. The gym (open 24/7), sauna, steam room, and pool were all pristine. Special shoutout to Prashad, the Security Supervisor, for his professional and friendly presence. We also had the pleasure of meeting Claudino Pereira, the Guest Experience Manager, who made sure everything was perfect. My husband, 18-year-old son, and I were truly blown away. We read the 5-star reviews and didn’t fully believe them—until we experienced it ourselves.

A great stay for the family. We would definitely consider the hotel again.

The rooms are very spacious and include a balcony with a nice view. Strong A/C. Very good breakfast offering enough variety. Located right next to a Metro Station, so you can easily use public transport during summer heat. In addition, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Special thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff. Always there to promptly help with any request.

Very good hotel, nice and helpful staff. Ideal location, close to the metro, very good and varied breakfasts. The hotel is clean, the cleaning service tries very hard, towels, bed linen are changed regularly, water, tea, etc. are replenished. We will gladly return there😀 well equipped.

The room is spacious and the breakfast was good with many healthy things. Used the Jim a lot, but must point out that a few machines where not in the best condition.

Every single staff member was kind and friendly while doing their job PROFESSIONALLY :) Having breakfast every day was so great that we enjoyed every single one Also the coffee machine working 24/7 was magnificent for us 😊

I stayed with my family (3 people including myself), however there was not enough hot water to have for the bathtub for all of us. That's the only thing :)

Price-Quality, this is the best place I stayed at in Dubai! My apartment was really big, light, sound proof and it’s fully equiped. Do take the beach side so you have a nice balcony. Breakfast is amazing, lots of vegan choices. Daily housekeeping, a nice restaurant to have meetings or just work in a nice space. Large pool. Staff is really friendly.

Usually, I don't like to share my feedback regarding my stay but this time I had to. This hotel is exceptional, from staff to facilities to the healthy breakfast to the modern furniture and amenities, to the location and the parking. Everything was great and exceptional, I really can't thank enough Monica at the check-in counter for her enormous support, care and professionalism...she made our stay super perfect. One more thing, you always see the smile of the faces of the staff... wow
