The check-in was execellently done by Rachel who is sweet and informative.

The parking is great.

The breakfast wasn’t the best with oily items or few options. When delivering the fruit basket, staff knocked on the door once and shortly proceeded to open it, without following proper housekeeping SOPs. It would be great if that could be clarified to all employees.

Never booking Holiday Inn again, sorry Pitbull

Maybe just the location. It was close to the concert i wanted to attend, that was it. Bed wasn't too uncomfortable.

1. They had no basic things in the room. Lotion bottle was empty, no slippers (i had to buy some from instacart), no cork openers (the told me to take my bottle to a nearby bar), no cotton pads and ear swabs, no shower gel, no toothbrush, no bathrobe, no coffee machine in the room..I usually travel with all these things and the one time i think "no need, the hotel will have these things" i get unlucky. 2. When i ordered my slippers online, reception never called me to tell me my order was delivered. I noticed it took some time so when i called them they said yes they have an item there for me. Why didn't they inform me? Anyway, i asked the reception to send it to my room they said they dont do that and i must come to collect my delivery. I thought that was so funny since i ordered something that was supposed to be already provided by them. 3. I told the housekeeper at 9:30 am to come after an hour to clean my room. I returned at 2pm to find my room still unclean. I was only staying 2 nights, just FYI. 4. Water had pressure issues at the sink. 6. The shower floor is so old and cracked i didn't want to shower without slippers. Guess what they dont provide? Slippers. 6. Breakfast is very basic. 7. Hotel lobby has a very strong smell that triggered my allergies.

I asked reception if they can help me warm my food in the kitchen because i came from a long day of appointment. The reception was helpful, but not the kitchen staff. No smiles and greetings (i even said sorry for the inconvenience but i was really hungry) everything was great except one thing - the kitchen staff who reheated my Jollibee before 10pm. Aber es ist okay 👍

If only I was allocated a better room, my stay could have been great and memorable.

This time the room was a disappointment for me. The bathroom floor was not clean. The TV in the room had issues (Reported but was not fully assisted). The fridge in the room was not working. However, breakfast was a marvel for me, and the location of the hotel was just excellent for ease of mobility to my business areas.

As indicated above. My food went bad when I stored in the refrigerator. The TV had blurred lines on the top side of the display screen. (Showed blotted and blurred pictures). The bathroom floor had stains that never really got cleaned despite raising

Comfortable, safe, and supported every step of the way — a truly wonderful stay.

I loved the welcoming and supportive attitude of the staff. Rachel at check-in, Karim at the front desk, and Zain from housekeeping went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — ideal for a business trip. The breakfast buffet was fresh, with a good variety, and the Grab & Go option was very convenient when I had a busy morning. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants and easy to reach by taxi or public transport. I also felt very safe as a solo woman traveler, which meant a lot to me.

The original room I checked into had lower lighting, which made it a little difficult for my online meeting. However, the front desk team quickly arranged a brighter room for me, and I really appreciated how fast and professionally they handled it.

The breakfasts are diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone, including vegetarian options. Dinner was generally fine as well. The rooms are clean, have a pleasant scent, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is always ready to help and quickly resolves any issues, including room changes when needed.

On the first night, there was a loud party at a bar located on the 5th floor, which is separate from the hotel. We were initially staying on the 3rd floor, and the noise was quite disruptive. Thankfully, the staff kindly moved us to the 2nd floor. However, the room there was noticeably older and in need of renovation, but it was still clean and cozy. Also, no slippers were provided, so make sure to bring your own.

The location is great, very nice area. Nice staff.

I had booked for 28 days but left after just one day in the room. The carpets were absolutely disgusting. They had different colored stains and definitely were NEVER cleaned before. The sheets on the bed were stained with 2 very visible stains when I first arrived and I had to call and ask for them to be changed. The couch and curtains were all stained as well. The room smelled funky and you couldn’t really air it out as the windows were permanently shut.

Altogether the accomodation was ok, staff very nice and helpful. but the condition of the room has same "space for improvement". Carpet is spotted, and the shower is not the nicest one, the door of it was damaged, and yellow "things" in the angles.

Poor quality for the cost

The staff was kind

The room was terrible. I paid a high price because I was in town for a conference, but I didn’t realize how bad the quality would be compared to the cost. Literal holes in the sheets, mold in bathroom, towels like bath mats, stained couch and carpet. I tried to move hotels but apparently it was non refundable so I was trapped there. I would only stay here if the price was cheap and you are trying to save money. I saw a woman in 2021 say similar things and still no changes. So beware folks. I asked for a slightly lower cost and they wouldn’t cooperate.
