Very nice staff. We got the package that includes dinner and breakfast, and it was an incredibly good deal, and the food was wonderful. Beds very comfy.

We came in the off-season, so there is really nothing to do in town at all. But it was a great place to stop on the way to somewhere else.

Great stay. Exceeded our expectations- for the price this hotel was great. The sauna was great and clean. The rooms were big and comfortable. Breakfast was great, had basically everything and it was tasty. Staff was incredibly nice.

Upon check in we noticed a stain on the bed spread, I called downstairs and someone came within 5minutes and changed all the sheets, that was the only negative but it was fixed so quickly I’m hesitant to even consider it a negative.

Fitness and swimming pool is good. Room is very big. A lot of free parking space. Breakfast is wonderful.

nice hotel. we had an apartment room, which was big but a bit plain. wellness center was enjoyable. I would recommend half board, for us it was worth the cost plus very convenient as it was raining two days in a row and we didn’t want to leave the hotel.

we couldn’t use kitchenette in our apartment room as there were no plates , pots or towels. I don’t believe we had kettle either. it is just a big room with a separate couch and table.

I would recommend you to consider this hotel, good value for the price.

Only had the chance to say overnight and didn't had time to enjoy the SPA but everything looked very nice. The hotel is looks modern but it is traditional, room size was good enough. The included breakfast was very good. Free parking I would say it is probably the best deal you can find in Kitzbuhel, very good value for money

Just to add some negatives also, I got a room near the stair case which was a bit noisy (people started to run around from early morning 6am or so) but this can be solved by asking for a quiet room i guess.

Excellent, comfortable stay with extraordinary food & wellness

The room was very spacious and comfortable. On arrival, the hotel staff was very helpful and informative (the staff was very friendly during the entire stay!). The food at this hotel was just amazing! The breakfast was versatile enough and the dinner was absolutely amazing. The hotel's wellness is also great, very well maintained, and spacious enough to not be overcrowded very quickly. Overall a really great stay which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for vacations around Kitzbuhel!

There were only two power sockets in the room, one of which was used by the TV. I did miss a power socket next to the nightstand. We ended up charging our phones in the bathroom during the night, which was not ideal.

Great location, ski bus stop outside the hotel, pizza restaurant in the sister hotel (next door). Reception staff were wonderful!

Das Essen im Hotel war ausgezeichnet, gute Bedienung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll, sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet.

Der Pool war uns zu kalt, Auch der Liegebereich war sehr kühl, da die Türen immer offenstanden. War nicht sehr angenehm.

Tento hotel hodnotím velmi vysoko 9

Dostatečný výběr jídel. Ovoce a zaleniny, jogurty a mysli, ořechy a pod. Kvalitní sýry a šunka, salámy a pod. Večeře velmi chutné, a bohaté. Wellnes hotelu velmi pěkné. Líbil se nám hlavně vyhřívaný bazén, který jsme denně využívali. Rádi se zase vrátíme.

Nemám žádné podstatné připomínky. Celý náš pobyt byl naprosto v pohodě.

Zimmer sehr schön geräumig und sehr gut. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform, sehr gut und eine tolle Auswahl.
