What a great place to stay! Staff are super nice and helpful and it’s very dog friendly, made you feel comfortable soon as you entered the property. The pub on an evening is a good vibe with plenty to do-darts,pool, games,watch the football…the food and beers-spot on!
It’s in a great location for many walks, views are great just from sitting in the beer garden!
Room I was more than happy with, spacious (even the shower) with a mountain view soon as you open the curtains.

Door handle in the bathroom was faulty, held on by a single screw, which should have been fixed prior to our arrival but a minor detail

On arrival staff were very helpful, showed us to our room and were extremely welcoming. Spent the first evening enjoying the company of the locals. Will certainly come back.

What I liked was the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the very sweet and polite owner. The room itself was nicely heated and comfortable in terms of temperature, and the location was lovely, ideal for visiting the nearby waterfall and enjoying a beautiful hike.
What I did not like so much was that the furniture seemed run down and the mattress was not very comfortable. The bathroom could benefit from an upgrade, and the water had a brownish colour which, although the owner reassured us it was safe to use, did not feel entirely pleasant. The food at the restaurant was also quite simple, so there is definitely room for improvement.
