Perfect location, staff were very friendly and the hotel facilities were great
Room was a bit tired and could do with updating but was perfectly comfortable.

Nice hotel with generous sized rooms well appointed.
It had a swimming pool and gym area which we did not use.
Plenty of parking.
Near to Italian style restaurant, bakery and McDonalds for all budgets.
Also within a reasonable walk to the (new) city centre, perhaps 1km.

Hotel is very clean and has very friendly staff. Breakfast is standard.
Wellness area cannot be considered wellness. Rather old and rusty. Pool not nice. Sauna ok, but doesnt have a water bucket and temperature display.
There‘s a perfume smell all around the hotel corridors. I didn‘t really like it but thats a question of taste

Location was good, staff really friendly and helpful when it came to my poor French. Nice breakfasts and great views from the car park.
Room was a great size, the bathroom doubled up really well as a drying room. The bed was nice and comfy.
Room was a bit dark.

Great location! just a few minutes away from the ski-lift and ski equipment shops where we rented our skis. Nice facilities, especially for the price, which was similar to places without these facilities. The staff were really pleasant (which is awesome considering we were in france). There were no issues with noise or anything like that.
There was a bit of a faff getting a room with a double bed and eventually we were upgraded to a suite, but honestly the basic room are much nicer. The suite had the decor of student accommodation.

The room was cleaned daily. Very good location. Pool and sauna were a great add-on. No in-house restaurant, but very good option accross the street. Fresh pastry and supermarket equally in proximity. Free bus shuttle to the ski lift.
Room was relatively small for a family of 4. The 2 beds for kids were squeezed on the entrance corridor, against the bathroom door. Everytime someone used the bath, the light would come straight in the face of the person using the bed. Not much space left for luggages (which in winter are bigger in size).

The hotel has a good pool with sauna and steam room that you can enjoy with no additional cost.
The room was quite small bit enough for a short stay. Some rooms have balcony, ours didn't have. It can be useful for storing ski equipment.
Some of the staff was a bit not kind when asking for info, specific request. The fan in our bathroom was not working and soap/shampoo not present and we reported, but their reply was surprisingly unkind.

staff is friendly and supportive
sauna and small pool is good enough after skiing.
large and easy accessible parking.
storage room for the ski equipment.
beds are really comfortable and with high quality mattress.
cosy and nice lobby bar.
large supermarket nearby.
good pizzeria next to the hotel
you need to do a study if you want to use the buses which go to the lift. the stops and lines are different depending if it’s holiday, morning or afternoon. This is for the lines you have free tickets from the hotel. You still can use other lines which is 2 euro per ride.
The family room (4 people )is really small and once you unpack your stuff there is no space for move around.
If you use the kitchen do not rely on the aspiration system. You will be in dense smoke. For us it was bad luck to open the balcony door as well as our neighbours were smoking and all smoke was coming in our room.
When we passed the corridor a few days there was a weed smell.
The hotel was full with the Gendarmerie as many people mentioned in their comments but for us this was not an issue

the staff was friendly.
Very run down hotel that seems to cater masses. The rooms are old with carpet that has seen lifetimes. I would not even go near the pool, sauna or fitness room…

Just before arriving at Briançon my car broke down. The ladies at the reception did everything to help me during my stay. Staying 1 night longer was not a problem, calling a 'depanneur' to bring my car to the garage, no problem. Calling a local taxi company to let them bring me to Grenoble, no problem. (they even got me a discount for the taxi). So hats off to them.
The room itself was a bit outdated and could do with some refurbishment.

Amazing views and a lovely little bar area within the hotel. Several restaurants nearby and a small shopping complex next door. Wish we had more time to explore and use the pool!!
There was a significant difference in the price we booked the room at and what we were actually charged - never spotted this until we got back to the UK

Staff was awesome. Nice little bar on site. Good recommendations from staff on local restaurants. Beautiful city in the Alps. Rooms were good, nice location. Great mountain views.
Hard to find due to construction in the area, but it was not the fault of the hotel.

The communal facilities were good allowing our group to all meet in the bar. The staff were very good and very helpful, breakfast was fine and the room was well equipped with a good size en-suite bathroom. The room had a balcony and the distant views were beautiful. There was a very good Italian restaurant a few minutes walk away.
The communal areas were on a number of levels which was a little confusing at first (but we were only there one night) and accessing the car park was not straight forward.
