The only place in Briançon to stay at

Spacious extra comfy apartment with everything you need. Right next to the slopes. And for the price you wouldn’t even dream of! I want to come back every year. PS: yes, it’s a retirement house and I believe being close to these lovely people is another important benefit of this place.

Arrival was a bit stressful, but the apartment was great for one night

Super clean, very cheap for what you got, enought facilities for us for a one night stay. Once you got your head around staying in an old folks home, it was fine!

Getting in initially was murder. No signage to say what button to press to get an intercom or anything. I literally had to wait for an elderly person who came along to open the gate and followed him in. Parking instructions were not great either, we went round in circles a bit before we found it but I think things were skewed by the construction cabins dotted around at the back

Clean apartment, but note it’s located in an elderly care home

The apartment was spacious and tidy, the underground parking was nice and secure.

It was mentioned in the reviews, but the notion that it is a senior complex is an understatement. It’s better to describe it as an elderly care home. This might not be an issue for some, but it definitely impacted our stay.

there are no curtains in the bedroom or living room, just light nets. means light comes in from cinema signs and also as soon as it gets outside. there is a second rail for curtains to be in place - maybe they were forgotten?

the cleaning lady was extremely rude and came with her own key without knocking when I was changing, half a hour before the check out time limit. she said she was in a hurry and can wait for us to get dressed and leave.

briancon is a fantastic alpine retreat with great walks, this apartment made it all the more enjoyable.

centre ville location, parking secure, very spacious apartment; vast bathroom! staff particularly helpful. strange being in an old persons facility but a few bemused but relaxed tourists like us enjoyed the fantastic facilities including a pool early evening to ourselves.

well fitted kitchen but no bowls and only one knife! otherwise a great place.

this is a great option if you look for a clean, modern and fully furnished accommodation in briancon. we particularly enjoyed the company of the elders. the location is great, easily accessible by car with a large parking slot. very good value for money and good restaurant at reasonable prices. highly recommended

Comfy and spacious apartment in a very quiet relaxed residence

part of a senior assisted residence, our one bedroom was really comfy, very spacious and welcoming. The balcony and underground parking were really nice

We liked the location and the free indoor parking and the spaciousness of the apartment.

Lack of utensils for self catering i.e. no bead or chopping boards, no sharp knives, only one small pot and one small frying pan. No oven only a microwave.

Good location,close to ski lift. Great value

The accommodation was spacious and very nicely presented . The warm bathroom with shower was large and accessible the bed was comfortable and had very nice bedlinen. Pool was warm , the hrs were restricted 6 -8pm ,suitable for post skiing relaxation .More to like-The accommodation provides a lovely environment for mixed senior full time residents,their visitors and other guests including some children . Very suitable for mature travellers. The staff were welcoming and helpful and post stay followup was brilliant. Thank you . Ski shops do overnight ski and boot storage , short walk and warm boots . Excellent garage for car and ski storage on site if needed.

A few extra conveniences to help with self catering without encouraging massive meals would give added value . Useful tips - self drive - arrive and leave in daylight ! Car hire - chains essential.

The apartment was impressive and comfortable, with amenities that far exceeded my expectations. The apartment included a kitchen, a small dining area, a living room and a balcony from which one could see the mountains. The garage is very comfortable!

The complete absence of charme. Fully functional, the whole place is like a newly built prison with large gates surrounding it, feels like an old age pension, no one around, cold, and there is a lot of construction work around it.

Ottima scelta per Briancon

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso, in zona tranquilla ma vicina ai servizi, e comoda per raggiungere a piedi la cabinovia Prorel. Letti confortevoli, asciugamani spessi, saponi e bagno/doccia di buona qualità. Molto utile il parcheggio nel seminterrato, servito da ascensore che sale direttamente ai piani. Il fatto che sia una residenza per anziani non crea alcun problema.

Qualche dotazione in più per la cucina tornerebbe comoda per chi si ferma più di una notte.

Super résidence à 2 pas du Prorel et du centre ville

Situé au sein d'une résidence sénior, l'appartement était super propre et fonctionnel avec accès aux fonctionnalités de la résidence : piscine, sauna, salle de sport, parking. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et arrangeant et les résidents forts sympathiques. La résidence est idéalement située tout prêt du télécabine du Prorel et du centre ville
