This is my sixth stay (I have stayed on business and with my family) and I will be coming back!

Good Position and good breakfast.

No Air conditioning inside the rooms! Parking available just for a few cars! SPA area not available after 7pm . The lift floor is broken. Definitely not a 4 stars as supposed to be!!!

Good location!

Fantastic location in city centre, no problem to find parking for our bikes. Nice with a pool after a really hot day. 15 min walk from old town.

Great, well equipped room and pleasant, helpful staff.

The room was weel appointed with a coffee machine, refrigerator, towel heater, seperate room for the toilet and fresh fruit in the room on arrival. Great view of Alps from our window.

A comfortable, welcoming hotel in the city centre. Free hotel parking.

City centre location made it easy to walk out in the evenings to find a nice restaurant nearby. I had an issue with my first room, and the staff changed this quickly and without hesitation, which was appreciated. The room I had was good. Breakfast was OK.

The parking at the hotel was free, but it soon filled up with motorcyclists.

Poor value

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average.

The bedroom was small and too dark even with all the lights on. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and this made both rooms tiny with no where to put anything. Also there was a door closing off the bedroom area from the entrance and bathroom so there were 4 doors in a very confined area which was ridiculous. This was definitely not worth 4 stars, and would hesitate before staying in another hotel of this chain.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

Rooms were lovely and clean, staff were very friendly and accommodating, swimming pool was great too and a beautiful view from the room!

The only small downside was the pillows weren’t comfortable but other than that it was amazing

We felt very at home here - close to the ski facilities and friendly staff.

Lovely room - we got an upgrade as there was a school trip in and we had a lovely suite. The staff were very friendly and approachable and easy going. Great location for the ski lift.

The pool and shower in the spa was freezing!

Very Good Service. free coffee and drinks in the afternoon, coffee machine in the room. Very polite and helpful service personal and stuff. Rooms very clean and new. Pool and sauna included.

Wouldn't go again

The room was clean and big enough. The price was fair at 80EUR/night.

The breakfast buffet was not being replenished up to the 10:30 end time for breakfast. Generally, the breakfast buffet was of mediocre quality and definitely not worth the 15EUR charged. The breakfast location was depressing, in a low-ceiling dark basement.

Decent hotel, would've been great if the weather was cooler

Beds were comfortable, Room was big enough. View was great

The fridge was broken and was not repaired or replaced during the entire duration of our stay after I had reported it for 3 days. It was very disappointing. It was very hot and we had no way of cooling our drinks / water. It was also sad that the hotel did not have any air conditioning.

horrendous. the worst hotel experience ever

we arrived at midnight and the hotel was open but no one there. we had to sleep in the lobby and no one came by until I sent an email

horrible in every way. who leaves a hotel lobby abandon at midnight. we has to sleep in the chairs as there was nothing else around. the computers were just all there for us to try to check ourselves in. and it was non-refundable. after getting in to room at 1:40am, it was like a furnace, with one tiny fan
