A good location close to station and Birnam Arts centre and ideally placed for exploring the area. Self check in/out with clear instructions. Very comfortable large room with ensuite and kitchenette. Everything 5* for ckeanliness. Highly recommended though a bit more expensive than I would usually go for.

Beautiful room, period features well kept and clean. All the facilities you could need for a short stay or long weekend.
Bed was a little bit hard for my personal liking, but honestly the room was amazing.

Our wee studio was immaculately clean, very well-equipped, with comfy beds and a great shower! There was tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided, along with washing up liquid, soap and shower gel. The owner has thought of everything, even providing cushions for the seats in the courtyard area which is so peaceful. Perfect for a few nights (or longer if you’re using Birnam/Dunkeld as a base for travelling around). Communication with the owner Hilary was great too. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely return!
