It's good, but can do better.

Restaurant food and breakfast excellent. Location perfect for town and beach access. Lots of trees. I like trees.

We had no hot water on arrival. Eventually it was sorted out. Well, we got lukewarm water. The restaurant menu is ridiculous. It is really difficult to use as its hinge is at the top, unlike a book. Not everything is in Thai. No parking available. The carpark is constantly full. No live music in the restaurant area. They had some when I was there before.

Excellent location right, 5 min walk to central Khao Lak and above and beyond staff especially Khun James and Khun Bee. It's a small hotel which i prefer with genuinely friendly staff. Great value for money with a bar right on the beach. Its not considered 5 star but the breakfast is more than adequate and the hotel itself is well maintained and bright and breezy Greek style color and design.

Second pool was being upgraded and I missed its use by 1 day! - the other pool was fine though.

Excellent escape

What a great little resort with Mediterranean charm throughout! The spa room was a delightful space and the bed was the most comfortable we've had in our six months of travel 😁 The food here is excellent so we choose to eat here even though the are so many choices in short walking distance from the resort. They offer free transport to the market which is one of the best markets we've been to yet! The pool area is a lovely place to relax and they have two happy hours each day 😊👍👌 I even got a special cake and Happy Birthday song from the staff 🥰🎂🙏

Fabulous private hideaway in Khaolak

I recently took my daughter for some much needed R&R. Great smaller and quiet place to stay and beachfront! Staff, room and included breakfast were fantastic. Would recommend!

Everything was wonderful, but don’t let someone steal the umbrella provided or you will be over charged to replace it.

Very comfortable stay - all needs met - comfy bed, nice pillows, private balcony

The breakfast was a wonderful mix of Thai and western food, coffee machine, provide bottled water in glass (recycled), the proximity to the beach, the staff, they provided umbrellas to use for the wet season, cleanliness, short walk to all the cafes/eateries, the hotel was quiet and relaxing

I think instead of providing bottled water I think they should also have a water cooler we could refill our drink bottles with.

Okay for a short stay only

It’s a nice hotel. Good location and right on the beach. Beautiful pools with a view.

The shower was awful. Takes a very long time for only warm water. Not hot at all. The place is nice but a little dated. Breakfast was only just ok, would have loved some more bakery options and some cooked protein (bacon or beef). Poolside drinks very very expensive. The welcome drink is very deceiving and misleading and even when given to you, you are lead to believe it’s a drink of your choice. The picture on the welcome drink card even shows cocktails etc. This is not the case. It’s an awful citrus thing and very basic. Not a drink of your choice at all.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great buffet breakfast. Loved the room decor and we got a free upgrade to a jacuzzi room!

No designated smoking area anywhere. Food at restaurant just okay, not really worth the cost (but I guess you pay for the location). Beach area very nice for walking but not super swimmable, lots of rocks to watch out for.

אהבנו הכל, המיקום הנהדר, הצוות האדיב, בריכת השחייה המדהימה עם החוף הכי שווה והשקיעות היפות ביותר. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נהדרת עם צוות חייכן ונחמד, שולחן סנוקר ששיחקנו בו פעם אחת וחצר עם צמחייה מטופחת ויפה, החדרים נקיים ויפים וההרגשה היתה של חופשה מושלמת.

אהבנו באמת הכל, כן הייתי מוסיפה מוסיקה נעימה בבריכה 🙏

Небольшой клубный отель. Соотношение цена качество отличное. Хорошие завтраки, выбор не очень большой, но все вкусно приготовлено. Чувствуется что не экономили на продуктах. Удивил хлеб качество хорошей пекарни, причем европейской. Большой выбор фруктов. Хочется похвалить кофе он вкусный, из этой поездки (5 отелей) самый лучший. Отель на 1 линии от моря. В море напротив отеля риф, однако если отойти в любую сторону 100 метров то никаких проблем.Внимательный персонал отеля, просьбы выполняются быстро. Отель для взрослых, поэтому бассейны их 2 глубокие с отелями для гостей с детьми. Рядом с отелем различные кафе, есть супермаркеты и Мак. Все в шаговой доступности. На пляже за стеной отеля массажные столики, качество массажа зависит от умения мастера, стоимость 300 батт. Вечером прямо на пляже накрывают столики, ужины по меню, готовят вкусно, блюда европейские. Клиенты отеля на 90 % европейцы пенсионеры. Персонал говорит на английском, русскоговорящего персонала нет. Отель хорошо озеленен, цветут красивые растения, видно что за ними хорошо ухаживают.

Минусов мало, очень близко друг от друга расположены лежаки, никакой приватности. Лежаки занимают рано утром. Когда полная загрузка лежаков не хватает, у отеля не большая прибрежная полоса и мало места где можно разместить шезлонг. На пляже кроме шезлонгов,есть кресла мешки, или просто матрасы от шезлонгов, кому что достанется.

Das Frühstück war auf deutsche Touristen ausgelegt. Das lag wohl daran, dass hauptsächlich deutsche Touristen hier absteigen. Das kann einem Gefallen oder auch nicht.

Zu viele deutsche Touristen. Die Klimaanlage in Raum Nr. 101 hat gerochen. Die Preise im Restaurant vom Hotel waren übertrieben. Sonnenschirme am Strand fehlten.

Super schönes eher kleineres Hotel, freundliches Personal und direkt am Strand, was will man mehr?

Wir hatten eigentlich ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht und dann gefragt ob nicht vielleicht doch ein Beach Pool Zimmer frei ist. Mit einem Aufpreis haben wir umgebucht- ein Traum, war es auf jeden Fall wert.

Sehr schöne Anlage, mit 2 Pools. Frühstück war ausreichend! Sehr nettes bemühtes Personal!

Als ich bei der Rezeption angefragt habe, warum sie es dulden dass viele Gäste mit Handtüchern die Liegen schon vor dem Frühstück belegen, meinte die Dame nur, sie könne nichts für das Benehmen der Gäste! - irgendwie schade! Es war jetzt auch von der 3.ten Reihe ein schöner Strand :) deswegen habe ich mich nur etwas fremdgeschämt ! Frühstück hatte ich schon wesentlich bessere, für den hohen Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet! Der Strand ist schön ein paar Meter laufen, dann hat man keinen felsigen Untergrund!

Posizione eccellente!!!! Su uno dei tratti più belli della spiaggia. Le piccole rocce presenti rendono il paesaggio ancora più suggestivo. Il bar/ristorante è uno spettacolo , si mangia bene e i cocktail sono buonissimi. Personale gentile. Hanno sempre e subito risposto alle mie domande in sede di prenotazione.

die lage, die zimmer, das frühstücksbuffet. leider gibt es bungalow mit einer nicht überdachten terrasse. bei regen ist man dort gezwungen, im raum zu bleiben. ansonsten war es ein sehr freundliches hotel. empfehlenswert.

La struttura è bella e moderna e direttamente sul mare. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, chiama il taxi quando lo richiediamo. La stanza è ampia e luminosa. Il buffet della colazione è ricco e buono. La piscina è carina e ci sono lettini dove poter prendere il sole. La sera è possibile girare nella strada principale che piena di negozietti, ristoranti e posti dove fare massaggi. Ottima la posizione, ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Chambre à l'étage, spacieuse, très lumineuse, avec vue sur les jardins, la montagne et l'océan (de coté). Petite terrasse très agréable, qui mériterait un abri. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel professionnel et très accueillant. La terrasse abritée du restaurant est un peu petite, mais néanmoins très bien située (face à l'océan). La location de scooter est à envisager. Il peut être parfois difficile de trouver un taxi pour se rendre au night market le soir.

Einfach traumhaft schön , wir haben uns sehr wihl gefühlt und kommen wieder

Alles sehr sauber und mit Styl eingerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend 😊 Tolle Lage direkt am Strand , doch zum schwimmen ist es nicht so sehr geeignet, da viele Steine im Meer sind. In der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants und Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen , leider in der Nebensaison ist überall nicht viel los. White sand beach ist klasse und einige Wasserfälle in der Nähe.Im Hotel gibt es Billard und Dart kostenlos.
