Low key cozy relaxation near everything.

We stayed for 6 nights and felt like staying at home. The garden is beautifully well maintained. The room was really clean and the bed was very comfortable- it was cleaned everyday. We rented a motorbike and it was good quality. Peter and his family are friendly. We did not have the breakfast so can’t comment on it. The room had plenty of storage which was good. It’s well located near the 7 eleven and lots of restaurants/shops. It’s all very quiet, and you don’t see other bungalows thanks to all the plants and flowers which gives great privacy.

Peter was very accommodating! It's such a great bungalow. This place was beautiful. I'm so happy we stayed here for a quick visit. We rented a bike from this place to visit the beaches near by. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. We loved taking a quick dip in the pool after our long day of beach hopping. 10/10 recommended

We booked 2 nights and at the end we stayed 10. This place is absolutely beautiful and a green little Paradies. The Bungalows are specious, clean and it was the most comfortable bed we had in 4 month. You get fresh towels and water and they clean the room everyday. The owner Peter is very nice and helpful and the whole atmosphere is just welcoming. There is nice pool, pingpong-table & slackline and everything you need to have a good time. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

A very cosy holiday.

Sunflowerbungalow is a very cosy little place. The owner is very helpful and available. The room was nice and rustic and the garden was a little wonder, very relaxing stay.

Not much to dislike, really. Some might find the 1 kilometer to the beach a minor problem, but it's a short and nice walk.

Lovely, peaceful property, with beautiful mature plants. all the room are very private. Peter and the all the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, really quiet, but still close to shops, restaurants and beach.

Perfect relaxed place to stay when in Khao Lak area , with amazing hosts.

Nice little oasis of silence and still not far from the main road in Khao Lak. Beautiful garden setting. Very chilled atmosphere. Peter & his family were amazing hosts, very hospitable and flexible, providing many tips. Scooter rental possible at location. Peter’s wife also offers cooking classes. We definitely recommend this place.

Secluded tropical paradise

Very much like a boutique hotel & a very special place to stay in Khao Lak. It is located about 150 metres up a quiet side street just off the main road. Compromises of about 5 or 6 detached bungalows set in small and really beautiful tropical garden with a central swimming pool, all immaculately maintained. Peter and his wife Pui are constantly on hand to look after all your needs.

Séjour très bien je le recommande !

Nous sommes venus à Khao Lak surtout pour la plongée. La ville est bruyante mais nous n’avons pas du tout été dérangé par le bruit dans l’hôtel puisqu’il se trouve dans une petite rue très tranquille Beaucoup de végétation ce qui rend l’endroit très paisible

Notre chambre était très sombre… mais ce n’est peut être pas pareil dans toutes les chambres !

Sehr zentrale Lage, fußläufig viele Geschäfte erreichbar (Einkaufen, Essen, Waschsalon, Massage - ebenso das Tauchcenter Sea Dragon), trotzdem absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Gastgeber super hilfreich in allen Belangen!! Roller können direkt in der Unterkunft angemietet werden.

Lummigt och fint boende som ligger nära centrum men ändå tillräckligt avsides för att det ska vara tyst och skönt på natten. Fantastisk ägare och personal.

Lite dåligt vattentryck i duschen men misstänker att det berodde på att det var låg grundvattennivå.

Wohlfühloase trifft Herzlichkeit

Die Besitzer der Anlage waren in hohem Maße hilfsbereit und zuvorkommen. Die Anlage ist bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll und passend Aufgebaut. Peter stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und erleichtert einem vieles. Begeistert waren wir von Pui‘s Thai Kochkurs. Ein kleiner Blick hinter die Kulissen , der Eindruck hinterließ. Vom ganzen Trubel tagsüber, fand man dort immer einen ruhigen und idyllischen Rückzugsort. Absolute Weiterempfehlung und wir waren vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Een kleinschalige sfeervolle oase van rust en toch dicht bij de "drukte" van restaurants, winkels en de zee. Mooie, schone en ruime bungalows. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Heerlijk Thais ontbijt op de veranda. Personeel staat open voor tips om de omgeving te verkennen. Huur er een scooter en ga op pad !

Super, gerne wieder !

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Die gesamte Anlage ist wirklich traumhaft ! Der Garten ist eine kleine ruhige Oase, in der man sehr gut runterkommen kann. Der Besitzer Peter hat uns jederzeit weitergeholfen und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Außerdem kann man direkt vor Ort Roller zu einem fairen Preis ausleihen. Wir empfehlen außerdem den Kochkurs, welcher ebenfalls vor Ort von Pui angeboten wird ! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Oasis de verdure en plein coeur de khao lak

L’emplacement est idéal, le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment extraordinaires. Peter entretient son jardin quotidiennement et cela se voit! Le déjeuner est excellent (en extra $). La proximité de tous les parcs nationaux ( suri, similan, Phang nga, Khao sok, etc)

La chambre double est très petite et conviendrait à 1 personne selon moi; pour 2 grandes personnes c’est très étroit.

KhaoLak, immerwieder eine Reise wert

Es war wirklich super bei Peter, obwohl Regenzeit und dadurch fast keine anderen Touristen unterwegs. Aber ich wollte halt auch mal ausprobieren, wie es sich während der Regenzeit reisen lässt. Ich war sonst immer nur von Feb. bis Ende März in Asien unterwegs, seit 40 Jahren. In KhaoLak seit 1995, ca. das 7 mal. Da ich schon früher mehr oder weniger hier alles gesehen habe, war es ein Relax-Urlaub.

Was mir seit dem Umbau der Durchfahrtstrasse nicht gefällt, ist dass sie beidseits 3 spurig verläuft, und viele Fahrzeuge durchbrettern und auch die 2 Zebrastreifen ignorieren. Für die lange 6-spurige Strasse nur 2 Überwege ??? Da fehlen doch paar Fussgänger-Ampeln.
