So eine Unterkunft hatte ich noch nie und schon garnicht bei den Buchungen über Booking com! So ein Hotel wenn man den Stall so nennen darf kann man niemanden anbieten! Dreck, gesundheitsschädlicher Austritt aus den Wänden, Flecken in der Bettwäsche, die Matratze hat noch schlimmer ausgesehen! Es wurde weder Zimmerreinigung durchgeführt noch Bettwäsche und Handtücher nach meiner Beschwerde ausgetauscht! Das Personal spielte lieber auf ihren Handys! Hatten 14 Tage aufgrund der super Fotos bei Booking gebucht, eine Nacht ohne Schlaf im Raum verbracht, dann storniert und für drei Nächte 7200 THB bezahlt! Nie wieder würde ich so eine Unterkunft empfehlen!

Eine einzige Katastrophe!

Diese Unterkunft ist eine Zumutung, mein Zimmer befand sich im Kellergeschoss, dreckig, Bettwäsche voller Flecken, aus den Wänden blühte der Schimmel oder Ähnliches, es roch stark muffig, bitten den Zustand zu ändern wurde ignoriert! Das Badfenster war kein Fenster, ein offenes Loch mit Gitterstäben versehen, davor Plastikplane um alles abzudecken! Frühstück, hart gekochte Eier wurden in der Plastigtüte angeboten das Toastbrot ebenfalls! Mit den Fotos auf Seite von Booking nicht zu vergleichen! Ich habe das Zimmer vorzeitig storniert um gesundheitliche Schäden für mich auszuschließen! Das Personal schaute lieber Stunden auf dem Handy Videos oder Ähnliches! Ich würde diesen Schuppen aus dem Program von Booking streichen!
