A lot of mosquitoes in the room.as I entered the room I killed at least 8. Their solution was to sprey in the room but there much more better solutions these days, like electronic solution for example.

Very disappointing

I booked the deluxe room. The only deluxe thing about it was the bed which very comfortable. I liked that the hotel was on the beach and the staff were really nice.

The shower was rusty and did not work properly. The room was not very clean and was full of mosquitoes- not sure how they were getting in as I did not open the balcony doors and ran in and out of the room fast so as to not let them in. I was killed at least 20 the first day! The room was damp and dank. The corridors outside were dirty , the was a broken cot outside the whole time I was there. The hotel looked like it was from the eastern bloc-grey concrete and the pool area did not look safe, there were so many trip hazards throughout the hotel so could be dangerous for children or the elderly.

Beachfront

Take more time for housekeeping of the property. Not referring to it being dirty, but take more time to clean the beach and pool from leaves. This will immediately give a better impression for arriving guests.

Nice family break in a nice part of Thailand.

Location location location . On the beach . Nice and quiet and a short walk to restraints and bars. The hotel itself was just perfect , nice friendly staff and so informative. Kids loved going from the pool to the beach and bodyboarding in the sea. Really quiet part of Thailand but not too quiet .

Shower wasn’t always hot. But sometimes nice to have a cold shower.

Would definitely stay again

We'd stayed at the sister hotel, Seascape, and enjoyed that,and loved the part of Khao Lak and beach we were on so wanted to stay longer which meant moving to the more expensive Lighthouse,but this was on the beach and worth it. Really enjoyed staying and very good generous breakfast

A lift would have been good but as long as the staff managed our luggage it was ok

Enjoyed one night stay. Would go back

Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms with good shower (best water pressure in Thailand ;-). We took a smaller family room and it was much more spacious than I expected. Breakfast was nice. Nothing extravagant but nothing bad. The pool is also fun, especially since you can’t always swim in the beach because of the waves. The location is great if you want to be in the center of town.

Perfect price - quality.

Small resort,.located very close to the beach. Staff is friendly, rooms spacious and clean. Comfy bed. Breakfast is nice in an outdoor restaurant at the beach. The swimming pool is perfect to cool down. Located on walking distance from the big street with all restaurants. Around the corner is a really nice tailor: Paul. Can really recommend.

The room got a little damp, probably from the use of airco all day. Just open the window/door and this will get better.

Everything is just as it looks in the photos. The staff is very friendly, you're just a stone's throw from the beach, and the pool is also very nice. The breakfast is excellent. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Khao Lak.

Simply the Best

Soooo much to love about this place. I loved having breakfast by the sea every morning—with a nice selection of foods! We also loved the surf shop (Low Tide) located behind the hotel, which allowed us to surf almost everyday. **note that it’s only recommended to surf during low tide. The bed was SO comfortable—probably the best we’ve experienced so far in Thailand. The staff were so kind and always with a smile. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended a week! Hopefully we can come back soon. P.S. book the sea view room, very much worth it, even if you can’t “see” that much of the sea.

Low season= High value: Come in the summer and enjoy the sunset serenity

breakfast included; eggs made-to-order, cereals, ugly looking sausage/ham (not my jam), espresso machine, tea + milk, and several rotating thai dishes (noodles, curry, rice, etc). Considering the beach view, a good value when included with room, but not great for 300baht

My booked room wasn't available, rooms are musty due to humidity, couldn't negotiate a discount in spite of the fact I left early and didn't need a breakfast.

I highly recommend staying at the hotel

I’d like to express my deepest gratitude to the hotel staff — Khun Dexter and Khun Toeng. We rented a room in the hotel for our friend as a birthday gift. Before our friend moved in, I asked the staff to decorate the room — but they went above and beyond. First, Khun Dexter and Khun Toeng surprised our friend at the reception with a birthday cake 🎂. Then, they beautifully decorated the room with balloons and a “Happy Birthday” banner. We were all amazed by their efforts. Khun Dexter and Khun Toeng helped us create a truly wonderful gift. Khun Dexter and Khun Toeng — thank you so much! 🙏🏼 As for the hotel itself, it’s a lovely place located near the sea, with a delicious breakfast.

Ohh …what I liked most was definitely the location situated on a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets. I had a sea view room and the room had the best bed I ever tried in Thailand… really comfortable. The breakfast is served by the beach and it’s only a 10/15 minutes walk to one of the city centres.

Amazing stay with loads of fun for kids

We had a very nice stay. Room was amazing. Fantastic view and comfortable bed. Breakfast was nice with tons selection. The beach was the best section out of all the other hotels. Sea with amazing waves… loads of fun with boogy board. The staff was very good too. They extended our check out without any hassle.

Their restaurant on the beach a bit more pricey than next door with not giving additional value.

Nice stay with some reservations.

Great location, right on the beach and near to shops and restaurants. We had a sea view room and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was a treat. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard and any issues we had (we had a couple, the shower and the lock on the patio) we’re dealt with quickly. The pool looked nice although we never used it as we like swimming in the sea. Good quality toiletries and fair quality bedding. The fridge was handy for keeping drinks cold. Breakfast was okay for a week although limited choices.

Lack of drawers! Nowhere to put underwear or smaller items of clothing. Only 4 hangers although I suppose I could have requested more. Bizarre arrangement in the bathroom (a glass box with a shower curtain). Although the shower was good. The main thing that really bothered us was the sunbeds and the beach around them, dirty! Cigarettes!!! And never appeared to be cleaned, never once in the week we stayed was the beach outside the hotel raked and trash removed. You couldn’t get a sheet of paper between the sunbeds, it really needs attention. There is also a sandy section at the entrance to the restaurant which is also dirty. The staff were lovely but there didn’t seem to be enough to concentrate on details.

Room was incredible, so clean and absolutely beautiful inside, love the window bathroom. Bed was comfy and pool view was great too. Staff were so welcoming and helpful, beach is behind so you can watch the sunset on the beach every night. Location is within walking distance of everything aswell. They provide daily cleaning service, tea & coffee and refillable water bottles with stations on every floor. I extended my stay here as I loved it so much.
