Great location with a view over San Biagio Cathedral and the surrounding countryside. Quiet location. Well appointed kitchen. Capacity to pay for access to a washing machine. Offered free tickets to a concert in Montepulciano during our stay.
It is a little difficult to work out where the entrance to the property is from the road.

Property is a beautiful old villa, well located (close enough to Montepulciano, yet away from the hustle & bustle of the town), within a secure estate.
Photos of the studio was misleading. Studio is very dark & gloomy (in contrast to what the pictures show) with only 2 small windows at the far end of the living room. Kitchen does not have a microwave oven nor coffee machine (a stove-top moka pot was provided for brewing coffee).
