The house is located in a beautiful garden, wth a fantastic view. Close to Montepulciano. The appartment was tastefuly decorated. It is a safe place, with closed gates (operated by a remote, or code). A parking place was also provided. There is a laundry room, too (at a price). There is a small grocery store nereby. The host was very helpful and provided good contact and information beforehand.
We were allocated to appartment "Francesco Redi", which is a small place with even smaller kitchenette.
The photos on the website show many aspects of other appartments' spacious living rooms with dinner tables and chairs. None of such were present in our location. It is hardly recommended for self-catering.
There is basically no place to comfortably eat a meal for 2 persons. Just a high-stool counter next to the kitchen sink.
The bedroom was also a little tight.

Beautiful setting with fantastic views. Short journey into town.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful historical house. The place was comfortable, clean, and full of charm. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and would happily stay here again!

Liked the location and the splendid view
The host could not have cared less. When I arrived the gate was locked. The host finally got me in, but was visibly bothered by having to spend time on a guest. She was not at the property, so when I called to say the TV did not work, she said she would look into it the next morning. She never did. She did the minimum possible, which was not good enough. Buyer beware!
