Sayed met us right at the property and showed us everything. The place is huge for 5 people. What a luxury having three bathrooms! Many in my family said this is the favorite place we stayed on our trip. Each bedroom essentially has its own kitchenette with its own mini fridge. Charming yet modern! We loved it.
Small and nit picky--we would have liked ice trays.
It is important that anyone renting this property knows you cannot drive to the property and the free lot nearby is public and therefore space may not be available. Both times we parked we were luck though after just a minute or too. Then, lugging the suitcases up the stairs to the property is not for the faint of heart--it is a serious effort. For us it was fine but for anyone not prepared physically it could be an issue.

This was a great property, the location is excellent, it was clean and cozy and the staff was attentive and helpful. We received clear instructions to get in. I highly recommend.

Great location (right in the centre, yet very close to a free car parking space), comfortable bed, nicely decorated, big fridge, comfortable sofa, nice shower, very clean and just a very nice place. I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to find, easy to check in and pay, but the best thing was the excellent location right on the best road in Montepulciano - yet so quiet at night!
If I was staying longer, it would be nice to have a TV with the option to watch Netflix, but that absolutely wasn't a deal breaker.

Breakfast was conveniently located, just a short walk to a very nice bistro style restaurant with beautiful morning views.
