Size and amenities as advertised, very easy check in at 13:00, very clean, washer & Nespresso machine, centrally located, beautiful view of Valle Umbria.
Not an apartment or Air B&B, rather a nice hotel room with a very simple kitchenette. No paper towels, no toaster, no microwave, not even a corkscrew. No TV in the Living room, only the bedroom, where there is no place to sit and watch it. A printed notice specifies that the toilet paper and bath soap are considered "courtesy items", another roll is avaiable for a fee, ridiculous given the apartment price. There are better places for the € in Montepulciano.
