We enjoyed the comforts of home in such a delightful apartment. We’d definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed having two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The kitchen had what we needed to enjoy a leisurely breakfast each day. It was in a great location with beautiful scenic views steps away.

While a parking space was provided, it was quite a steep walk away from the apartment. This was due to city regulations, not the owner’s fault.

Great family base to explore

We loved this little place. Two bedroom and bathrooms an and so well located. Sitting at the windows watching the world go by downstairs.

Great apartment, great location, lovely town with restaurants, shops, and wine cellars.

The apartment is old-fashioned (in a nice way) and was very roomy and comfortable during hot weather. It was well equipped with two separate bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The windows could be fully or partially opened or could be fully shuttered. The apartment is very well located right at the top of the hill that the town is on, so it is very convenient, but always uphill to return to the apartment. In a small city where parking is limited, much of the time I could park right in front of the apartment. When those spots are full, the apartment has its own free reserved spot, which is a 5-10 minute walk away (admittedly up a steep hill). This allowed easy travel to other nearby towns or to a good supermarket at the other (much lower) end of town.

It was hard to figure out where you could and couldn't drive and park in Montepulciano. You can drive right to the apartment at its end of town, but not further into town. You then have to drive back out the same direction and around the town to get to the other end (without having to walk back up through town).

Montepulciano is a great hilltop town to explore on foot, & apartment is a delight to return to.

A delightful spacious apartment, with a lot of local character in the old town. We were able to get a car park in the street beside apartment. Lots of places to eat and drink close by, and apartment kitchen is well set up for cooking your own meals.

Bed was a little too firm, and a few extra pillows on bed would have been good.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the city. The facilities were great and we were very comfortable. Air con worked very well in the peak of summer. You just need to leave the bedroom door open so it flows through from the kitchen, as the aircon is in the kitchen not the bedroom.

Fantastic view, fantastic surrounding, fantastic medieval house with comfortable furniture, very nice and cosy rooms, really fantastic town, with really nice host. This is a perfect place to relax. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed.

-location -park near location -big rooms -extra bed -clean

-cold; it was really cold when we arrived and we were Not allowed to use the heating as the owner said the municipality do not let them use it. I told the owner that this is not mentioned in the apartment announcement on Booking and it is against Booking policy and rules. Owner told us that we can go home if we are not happy. We were with a small child after a long drive and we couldn't just let it go and return home. In the end we used air conditioner in one room to make heat (but air is dry when you heat the room like this) and the guests in the living room stayed in cold during accommodation as the air conditioner did not worked in their room. -I knew before booking that there was a restaurant at ground floor opening at 8AM, closing at 10PM but they were making a lot of noise moving chairs and hitting something from 10 PM to 12-13 AM. At the end they were throwing big bags of glass bottles making an absurd noise for that hour. Same thing was happening in the morning when garbage truck worker was throwing again the same bags of glass bottles in the truck. We were up instantly. -tea bags were expired and we threw them away just

This is the best place to stay... It looks stunning, and is in the city centre so you can enjoy all wine tastings in the centre. The bed is comfortable and the apartment has 2 bathrooms. The host was nice.

I loved it!

The apartment was adorable and comfortable, and Anna and Elizabeta were so kind to me. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me and making me feel spoiled. I will always remember this vacation, it was wonderful.

With COVID the restaurants had their tables outside and it took me a few days to get used to the evening noise.
