The decor with beautifully restored original tiles, the location in the heart of Montepulciano and of course that view! Restaurants within steps and a lovely little store serving colazione, bruschetta, panini and cappuccino early. Great base to visit wineries, and other towns in Tuscany.
Nico & Elena are wonderful hosts!
Note for those visiting - Montepulciano is a HILL TOWN, some areas steeper than others. You will always be walking either uphill or downhill to your destination (great for working off the copious amounts of pasta consumed)
There are some free and paid parking options just outside the ZTL area but you will need to walk uphill and take stairs to get to the accommodation.

The apartment is spotlessly clean, well maintained and wonderfully thought out for every need. It is located in the centre of Montepulciano but with double glazing to the windows, it is very quiet at night. I would highly recommend it and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Fabulous apartment and very spacious living areas. A great balcony with an awesome view. Host was very communicative and we had everything we needed. The entry was to 2 apartments just for us - we had the one bed apartment and our family and friends had the 2 bed apartment and we could move beween both easily. Would highly recommend.
