Beautiful property, rooms, bathroom, warm and cozy bedding. Our host Andrea has been so kind to us, nothing is a bother. You can tell he has a deep love of the area as he is very happy to share his knowledge of Montepulciano and the surrounding places. They offer an on demand shuttle to and from the historic centre which is very helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant on both nights and it proved to be a real treat, if you come to stay you must eat here too. Breakfast as expected was great (best in Italy).

Excellent location with a variety of room types. We stayed in a two bedroom house in the middle of a vineyard. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff is lovely and knowledgeable. The meals at the restaurant were delicious and innovative. We hated to leave. Highly recommend! Easy to park if you have a car. Absolutely charming!
There was not a single thing. Even Peppa the cat was sweet to us.
