About this house rental
Luxury two bedrooms apartment , located in a private small private palace in the historic center of MOntepulciano. Completely restored in 2012
Great view of the country side from the bedrooms side, and view of the main corso, original painted celings, air condition in the bedrooms, wifi connection, laundry facility, new windows with sound isonorization
open all year:
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full optional kitchen ( microven, stove, dishwashing, moka , american coffe machine, tee cattle, refrigerator and freezer) diningroom, living area, laundry facility with washing machine and iron board
- minimum 4 nigths
- pet are not allowed
- no smoking apartment
- children are welcome from the age of 10 years old
- no private parking area, but a public parking is at 100 metres from the apartment
I work in tourism bussiness since 17 year, I know the needs of traveller, I have restored this palace for myself and I am actually rented on of the 2 apartments

We loved spending the past 2 weeks in Stefania’s beautifully restored palazzo. Everything was comfortable & so convenient for shopping, dining, walking, attending school, or just relaxing in this lovely town. Stefania was most helpful, and we’ll be back to spend another vacation here!
