Nice building, reception, bar and restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection for all the family. The sand pit outside was a nice touch, as was having a large screen showing the football.
The pool was very crowded even with a fixed booking slot, and the kids facilities were very limited to just the sand pit.

That when restaurant closed and food ordered we were given out to for eating in the lobby and were forced to leave

A spacious room. Good selection of food. Helpful staff. Excellent location for visiting potteries and Emma Bridgewater factory.

A nice room and restaurant food good.
The room was freezing cold and AC not easily adjustable. The swimming pool was very crowded with children jumping and diving so impossible to swim, despite having to book a slot. The restaurant staff were friendly but kept forgetting things. I had to ask for wine twice as it was forgotten, sauce for sea bass also forgotten and young staff member told me limoncello was on pudding when it had been forgotten and arrived later after sweet finished. I had a message welcoming me after check in asking for any issues but automatically generated I suppose as no one replied to my issues mentioned above.
