The room service worked well for us. But limited options
The breakfast experience was so poor. Not enough staff. Tye staff that were on hand were completely overwhelmed. Hotel squeezing margins and not paying for enough staff. Led to buffet being empty. No food. No crockery. No cups. Only one coffee machine. Total chaos.
Don’t advertise a queen room and put a normal sized double bed in it.
