The pool opening times - wasn’t what it said on the leaflet and the man closing it was quite officious.

The room was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was very good we also ate two delicious evening meals in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly reception and the restaurant staff.

The staff in the restaurant the night we arrived was very helpful. Not sure if her name was Beth not sure but she made sure we had everything we required.
Loved the cookie on arrival.
Room very clean and tidy.
Breakfast was what I expected which was good.
Swimming pool area was old and tired just needed a little make over. But the hotel price reflected this.
Car park was full of car's which we did not expect.

Well placed for shopping that’s all
Everything the bed was really stiff it look run down was so unorganised and would defo recommend it needs an update or take the Hilton name off it
