Shangri-la rooms are really special. It has such a calming luxurious vibe into it. I also really enjoy the pool and beach access that they have.
I would want the gym and its equipment to be more updated.

The highlights of our stay were undoubtedly the exceptionally friendly staff and the overall welcoming atmosphere. The food and buffet selection were consistently good, cleanliness was well-maintained, and the beach area was lovely. Additionally, the boat trip was a fantastic and memorable experience.
Our experience was hindered by poor room assignment and technical inconveniences. We were placed in the most remote section of the hotel (while the hotel was almost empty), far from all primary facilities, which was compounded by the closure of the closest beach. Furthermore, persistent issues with the keycard access required multiple trips back to the front desk for replacements.

the satff are amazing
Everything was amazing, except the beach; its water is not so clean and not suitable for a swim. Besides that, the jet skis were very noisy
