The rooms are exactly laid out like apartments and have everything you may need.
The “Sea View” side is a bit loud at night since it’s facing a main road, but it’s right next to the ADNEC center which is excellent.
The parking is shared with the residents but the problem was your access card for the room wouldn’t open the gates, so the security guard would have to walk out every-time and ask you for your name and phone number, write them down and then let you in…EVERYTIME.
Another note about the staff…I walked in to check in and found out a manager and two/three receptionist staff talk with a flustered man. My issue wasn’t them de-escalating the situation,(they did that in an okay manner), my issue was they saw me walk in and I was standing there, waiting for someone to acknowledge me so that I can check in. I waited a bit and would get glances quite often but no action. So I just walked up to one of them and placed my ID on the desk and asked kindly if I could be checked in.
The rooms were good though, they have everything you may need: washer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cutlery, iron + board, a spacious bathroom, two TVs and the WiFi was good. The bed is in the stiff side but the pillows were not.
I haven’t tried the food or in room dining or spoke to anyone else throughout my stay.
A particular thing in my room (One room apartment) : the AC in The living room was the one that controlled the temperature of the whole apartment. The thermostat in the room is just to keep the fans working or not in the room…based on the temperature you set it to maybe?

We had an amazing stay at Capital Suites Hotel Apartments. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be (ADNEC) and a very short walk to and from it. We also had the Grandiose supermarket next to us and their pizzas were amazing and saved us many nights when we were too tired to go out for a meal. The room we had (1 bedroom apartment) was spacious and allowed my husband and his business partner to work from comfortably several nights. Overall, we highly recommend this serviced apartment if you need to be near ADNEC.

Rude reception staff ruined the experience. We were travelling with a 1 year old baby who was sick due to long travel before but were left to wait for more than 4 hours.. After that we were asked to pay early checkin fee to checkin 1.5 hours before standard time of 3PM. It was waived after a lot of arguments with Manager in charge. Overall bad experience wouldn't recommend based on staff behaviour alone. Definitely not a property that you should pay in advance. We would have walked away if we had not already paid for 2 nights stay.
