This is a beautiful property with excellent staff who are truly a pleasure to know.
It’s let down by the amount of children who sit and splash around the swim up bar . The rules of no under 16s at the bar are not enforced . Maybe considering and adults only pool rather than a kids water park area which is unused would be better for your customers. I’m sure more would return if this happened . All in all it’s a beautiful well maintained hotel with fantastic food and amazing staff .

Beautiful hotel and has so much potential but sadly the service was not the best, not easy to book the restaurants, the buffet was not the best food and while some staff were amazing sadly some let it down for others. For a 5 star and what it costs to stay here we did expect it to be as good as the Rixos in Dubai but it was not.
