The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi

From the minute we arrived at the hotel to our check out the service was exceptional. I have never stayed in a hotel like it. I am already looking to come back. It was a truly memorable stay. We loved every moment. Huge shout out to Tina who looked after us.

Best hospitality and exceptional service by Gamze, Zubair, Ranjita, Yoon and all the staff at the hotel. Food was excellent at Sontaya and Sophia. We will definitely visit again soon.

Spa could be better

The St Regis Saadiyat is a luxurious oasis perfect for a beach getaway. From the moment we checked in till we were waved off by the incredible team our family weekend getaway met and exceeded any expectations we had. The beautifully appointed rooms (a special mention to the gorgeous big bath tub) are perfect for family stays or couples, equipped with every convenience and comfort. We started our days with a sunrise beach walk before dining on the most incredible breakfast spread each morning, our afternoons were spent at the grand pool and the most special and delicious dinner was had at Sontaya, don’t give this a skip. While the property with its view of the most gorgeous turquoise water and excellent amenities, were an absolute delight, the real applause and star of the weekend was the entire St Regis team, who worked tirelessly to make our guest experience unforgettable and personal. The butler team led by Abrar delivered impeccable service and attention making sure to create special moments for our kids and unique surprises, one of which, a most thoughtful gesture to have a traditional Sunday breakfast pastry from our hometown made by the chef and countless other moments were made special by the Pool and beach team, a special thank-you to Danny, Yojan, Saw, Madhu, Supin and Jubin, Sharfaa who took care of us from check-in to check-out and a special mention to Shova at Olea too. Each interaction with the hotel team was a pleasure and the reason we will certainly be returning to the St Regis Saadiyat. You have our hearts and we are already planning to see you soon, thank-you!

We came while the kids club was under renovation, our youngest is looking forward to seeing the revamped club on our next visit!

the staff unbelievably friendly and welcoming ,the extras on the Beach ( fruits 🍉 🍓 🍍 and Ice-cream ,complentry cold water ) the facilities the breakfast is an absolute must its open till 12pm omg ....
