The room, food, beach and pool were all amazing but nothing compared to the attention and care the staff showed in everything they done. We learned a little about Ramadan, and our needs were anticipated before we even knew ourselves. I kept getting the beauty and the beast song ‘be our guest, put our service to the test’ song stuck in my head because I was blown away each day with the little touches and friendliness of the staff. The holiday felt like a bit of a dream, we deeply appreciated everything the hotel team done for us.
Honestly nothing I have never had a stay where the staff have shown so much care and consideration, they’d noted presumably from my passport that I had a birthday while I was staying with them on the second night and I was greeted my name and wished happy birthday upon arriving at breakfast. It sounds like a small detail but it made my day.
