Staff.
Everybody was great: butlers (Rita), lounge cafeteria (Kevi), bar (Cyril) and all their teams. Reception service is good as well

staff were great, everyone was really dedicated and courteous.
the property was ok but needs better maintenance .
the bathroom lighting was complicated but was shown to us how it works , still very complicated.
USB charging outlets should be provided in the rooms.
beds were too soft , not sure if that s the way they were intended to be or the matresses are old ?
the distance to the beach was a lot for this time of the year, but we will come back in winter and hopefully it would be easier to go to the beach.please provide a foot washing facility and renovate the beach showers and make them better and cleaner.
