Facilities are amazing, beautiful beach, super clean, excellent room service.
Breakfast can be improved, it was kind of chaotic and food orders took over 45 minutes. Half board didn’t include drinks, at least water or soft drinks should be included with the price we paid for.
Dinner (buffet) was not impressive at all. If you go half board lunch à la carte is better than dinner (buffet).

been a regular so not my first stay
this time i fidnt like how i checked in, was handled by one guy and everything was going well until he got called for a meeting and so his colleague covered him and assisted me. Got my keys and half way through the hotel, realized she assigned a different room. I had some requests for the room and the first guy had it covered, don’t understand why she changed the room
