Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas

This trip was fantastic from the moment we stepped out of the airport where we were greeted by a hotel limousine. The room was perfect and the view was spectacular. The pool and proximity to the beach just right and the staff were so kind and helpful - the service could not be faulted.

Although the food options were very good I think there could be a less expensive casual food option.

Beautiful pools, brilliant service and gorgeous location. The rooms were spacious and the staff were welcoming. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again.

We couldn’t access the rooftop bar due to a private function which was disappointing. The seafood buffet/dinner was lovely but some food items quickly ran out and weren’t replenished, meaning options were limited.

One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi by far. The location is spectacular and the facilities are amazing The staff is so friendly and nice that makes your stay even more pleasant

All staff were equally great and ensured that our queries were handled in the best possible manner, which was extremely satisfactory and made us feel valued. This behavior has encouraged us to come back again for more staycations.

We stayed at Park Hyatt, Abu Dhabi, in the year 2022. Our stay then was as amazing as this time. The only difference that we found was that the options in breakfast, specifically for Indian Vegetarian. We are vegetarian, and we found that many of the veg options like Paratha and the Upma were removed. The only option available for Indian Veg was Dosa (masala & plain). It would have been great if a few more items were added to the breakfast buffet.

Cleanliness and location

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat. What was intended to be a relaxing weekend unfortunately turned into a highly frustrating and uncomfortable experience. From the start of my stay, my room key card did not work. Despite repeated assurances that the issue would be resolved, it remained unfixed for the entire duration. I was unable to access my room independently and had to request staff assistance every single time I needed to enter. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting in the corridor for over 15 minutes before a staff member arrived, even in urgent situations such as when I needed to use the washroom. This was not only extremely inconvenient but also deeply embarrassing. To make matters worse, I was later informed by my bank that the amount for my stay was debited twice from my account. This error compounded the negative experience and added unnecessary financial stress. Regrettably, my entire stay was ruined, and instead of enjoying a peaceful weekend, I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe this level of service is unacceptable, particularly from a hotel of your reputation and standard. I acknowledge that you have offered 50% compensation for the second day of my stay; however, I must respectfully state that this does not adequately reflect the extent of the disruption, discomfort, and inconvenience I endured. I kindly ask you to reconsider this matter and provide compensation that more appropriately reflects the seriousness of the situation.

It was hot 😊, but that's nature and the hotel did everything possible to ease the summer heat.

Huge Room, with everything you need. Breakfast was excellent with many selections. Sandy beach with blue water. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!

Everything was amazing: we got upgraded to a villa and all the details were perfect with bday cake and messages. The service is incredible everything is well organized and thought out. The breakfast has a lot of options and food is top notch. The pool and beach areas are pristine and relaxing. This is the best experience I have ever had ever, thank you so much!

Swimming pools are small

It’s a great place to stay for staycation if you’re living in AUH. I spent my bday here and it was spectacular! Thank you for the set up, my husband and I loved it! Special thanks to Darwish, Saqar, Aakash and Mary from the Spa, she made sure I was comfortable all the time since I was alone at the jacuzzi and steam room. However, I didn’t like the approach of Roza from the Spa. I noticed that she only accommodates and greet Caucasian and Arabics - we were the only Asian at that time. I noticed that Roza did the spa amenities tour to them and I didn’t even get one - like I figured out my self where to go and where to switch on the Jacuzzi (in which Mary did) I even asked Roza where to get things and she only pointed it to me with no sense of accommodation at all. Anyways, overall it is a good experience.

Few options for the breakfast. The AC at night was not that cold, it was at 18C, doors at the balcony was fully closed.

We could have not choosen a better place to celebrate my friend's birthday. The facilities are top-notch but what really made the experience special was the staff. From reception, to concierge, restaurants, spa the staff is fenomenal, attentive and always smiling and helpful. They made this weekend absolutely unforgettable.

I recently stayed at Park Hyatt Saadiyat with my (now fiancée!) with the intention of creating the perfect moment to propose, and thanks to the exceptional team, it turned out even more magical than I imagined. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Jisouk, our check-in agent from Korea. I had initially booked a standard room along with the outdoor proposal package, but due to the hot weather, I requested to move the setup indoors. I had also asked if a seaview room was available, but was told there weren’t any at the time. To my surprise, Jisouk went above and beyond, sending in a request on our behalf and not only did we get a room with a view, we were upgraded to the best suite in the hotel! I was speechless. That one act of kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. Special thanks also to Marianna, who coordinated the entire proposal setup with such grace and care, and to Loubna for her kind support. I’d also like to mention Kawthar, who began the coordination with me before going on vacation, thank you and I wish you a restful break! This hotel isn’t just about luxury, it’s about the people who work there with heart and passion. I’m so grateful to the entire team for playing such a beautiful role in one of the most important moments of my life. We’ll cherish this forever.

Everything was perfect and tailored to my preferences. Everyone was extremely helpful and ensured the best stay for me and my partner. Stephanie Samoisi was in touch with me via email throughout my stay, assisting promptly with any requests or questions I had. Her colleague Kawtar Najiri was also supportive from the very beginning and did her job perfectly. At checkout, a gentleman named Tareq helped me and even introduced me to the hotel’s app for the best offers. The whole team was welcoming and cooperative, which made my experience truly exceptional. The villa was beyond amazing, the massage experience was great, the food was delicious, and I especially loved the breakfast. The view was stunning and added to the charm of the whole stay.

I was very happy with everything at the Park Hyatt Hotel. The hotel staff are fabulous and so friendly, the facilities are lovely. We were so happy that we actually wish we could have extended our stay. We will be back.

The hotel has wonderful facilities with a clean and well maintained beach. Nice spa and tasty breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Close to the Louvre Museum.

This was not our first time at Park Hyatt, but it left us just as impressed as the first time. - The service on behalf of all the staff at the hotel is exceptional. This is proper five star hospitality. - The hotel is not new but is kept extreamly well. From the room to the facilities everything is very clean, the decor is very elegant and there are very nice aromas across the building. - The hotel is located on one of the most beautiful beaches of the UAE. - Breakfast is exceptional. - The SPA facilities (sauna, steam bath, hot jacuzzis) are top notch. - The service provided at the pool and beach is also fantastic. Towels, comfortable sun beds and fresh water all day.

- The hotel has a kids club which is open all day but the activites are a little bit limited. I have been to other hotels with more entertainment offered to kids. - I really struggle to think of anything else :)
