Amazing, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will 100% be back

The staff here were one of the highlights of the hotel. All unbelievably friendly and accommodating and genuinely lovely people. We stayed in a resort suite which was fantastic ( the bed was really comfy) and the hotel provided two really comfy cots for our babies. Breakfast was exceptional. You couldn't wish for anything better and they had a huge variety. Staff again very friendly and speedy at service. Pool is superb. Perfect for kiddies as there are shallow splashing areas near the turtles. Cold water always provided with sunbeds and lots of it too.

Fabulous staff, accommodation, service & food. The hotel had 3 Padel courts & coach, which was an added bonus for me. Easy access to The Louvre & Team Labs - both recommended.

Wasnit the stay I expected

Spacious nice breakfast excellent

The staff treatment is very bad they were late in delivering luggage said they went to another floor by mistake. Ordered adapters three took an hour to deliver one and after calling management took another half an hour to deliver. When we checked in took 35minutes before we check in

Good place for staycation

Big 5 star hotel with our beach and pool. The territory was nice. Buffet dinner and breakfast was great with a lot of options. For one night it was a nice stay

Our windows were going to the back side where the personal was unloading a truck at 1-2 am being pretty loud and noisy. Since we stayed for one night it was fine but a longer stay could be worse.

Aqua Blue Paradise at Rotana Hotels – Stunning & Relaxing Stay

Everything is lovely and comfy and relaxing, especially the aqua blue beach .. The place is stunning and staff are v friendly..I'm in love with Rotana for more than 5 years now..

During my stay, I noticed that the walls of the room are not soundproof, which allowed noise from the neighboring room to disturb my rest last night. In addition, although the breakfast buffet is generous and offers a wide variety, the food lacks flavor and taste; this has been the same in my previous visits as well, and even my sister who joined me shared the same feedback

Great weekend escape for a family with baby

The hotel is magnificent and well equipped for families with babies. We were provided with a nice cozy crib for our baby. We did encounter a few issues with a late check in but the lead receptionists and staff were very helpful in addressing the issues and ensuring we have a pleasant stay. The desk service was responsive and polite. The rooms are of a reasonable size. Very good memories, we will return again.

The low-rise building and plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and sports facilities.

Shower in our room did not have a slope to the floor so it didn't drain well. The standing water then made room smell musty..We should have mentioned it but it would have required a rebuild so not an easy fix!

Very luxurious stay with everything catered for to an exceptional level

Everything taken care of for you, makes it feel very luxurious. The facilities are excellent from the pool, to the various restaurants, gym, kids club etc

Only annoying thing for me personally was the pool closing earlier than I would’ve liked.
