Train your staff and change the card deduction system. I believe the current system doesn't stand up to scrutiny.

Great location, great view, nice beach

It was very noisy and smelled of cigarettes. The staff only fixed this problem the next day. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel also debited the amount for the stay and blocked it on the card. Several days have passed and the hotel is still blocking the amount, even though the payment has already been processed. The hotel does not live up to its value. A lot of money wasted. They do not solve the problems the hotel itself created for its customers.

I book this hotel because of the seaside at Saadiyat Island. already visit this location last year. excellent place. excellent beach with white sand and turquoise sea. Stuff is very friendly both on the hotel area, breakfast area and beach area, ready to assist any time. nice SPA with excess to hammam, sauna. workable WIFI -which aloud me to work.

weather was too hot - and therefor the water in the sea also. was surviving in a fresh swimming pool available on the territory. the price could have be less for 1 person staying.

The best way to spend your birthday

I absolutely love staying at Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. I spend my birthday weekend there every year and every year the staff make me feel so special. The facilities are amazing from the room, to the beach, to the spa. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

the room was nice and checking guy was kind also the lady at the lobby coffee shop.

The breakfast was dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. Once we were leaving the valet guy was just standing there watching us managing our own luggages ( we were 2 lady) overall it doesn’t deserve a price and rather a 4 star experience then 5

The beach was so clean and quiet, rooms were absolutely amazing and spotless. The breakfast was amazing too. We had a very nice set up in the room for our anniversary. It was perfect.

The family pool was really small. It is disproportionate to the hotel size. It was literally full of kids. We couldn't swim. The check in was really slow. It took us 1 hr to do it.

the room finishing not that well performed, breakfast has taken the vibe of the resort and pool was average and has no activities during my stay

I don't like the price in low hot season, the beach was not good to set o it , the swimming pool is boring during July time. 3 important things i had noticed: 1 the welcoming service , they are many at the welcoming entry and they don't know what they have to do. I pull my luggage to the check in desk. until I ask by order to some one to handle the luggage. 2. the price is expensive in non trend season for Abudhabi ( July, no one can set on the beach and the swimming pool has no activities to make the vibe fun. 3. the Gym and spa has looks like attached to the resort , they are out side the resort building.

The hotel was excellent, with a beautifully relaxing pool and beach. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were professional and very friendly, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Its convenient location near the city center made everything easily accessible.

Overrated and unqualified staff

The facility and the beach

The service and the staff are poor quality and do not have the simplest basic training. The valet parked my car in direct sun for 3 days despite me asking them not to everyday which caused the system to overheat and fail. Secondly, one of them put a suitcase standing in the boot of the car which logically can never close yet he kept slamming it and slamming it trying to do the impossible which resulted in damaging the boot. Bravo!

Expected better

Nice location and beach

The noise cancellation of the rooms. You can hear everything in the hallway also the outside of rooms noise either from the restaurants, bars and the nearby villas. I kept changing my room every day of the stay. either noise or dirty room. They apologized with an upgrade but i stayed few hours in the upgrade cause my flight was too soon. I have pictures of the incidents but i’ll keep it cause i don’t want to harm anyone cause they were nice (the reception and house keeping) the services the attitude is a bit off.
