Great experience with value for money

Location is top notch. Food and Vibe is great. Staff is very prompt and friendly. Value for money from most of the perspective. Will surely plan a longer stay next time !

Great service, would recommend!

All the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In particular, Luz on Reception who upgraded us to a sea view balcony room as it was my partners 30th birthday and the views were stunning. They had also decorated the room for our arrival which was a lovely surprise. Winko in the cleaning team also redecorated the room on the day of his actual birthday too which was so lovely of him. Also Anne on the breakfast service team really looked after us and made an effort to speak to us regularly. The breakfast buffet itself was tasty and had a great selection. Private beach was really peaceful and never as issue getting a sun bed. Staff were very attentive. We didn’t use all the facilities but we could not fault the hotel during our stay, would definitely recommend.

The location was central. The hotel facilities were very good. The pool was nice. The beach was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. Staff were very helpful. Food at the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of choice.

Cost of alcohol was high. You had to call housekeeping to get milk for the in room tea and coffee. Small things which didn’t detract from stay overall.

The room is so spacious and very clean. Soundproof walls and comfortable bed. It’s a five star customer service experience from the concierge to valet attendant. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Amazing hotel to choose for a medium length layover

The staff were lovely and very hospitable. We received a 25% discount to dine at their restaurant which the three of us utilized and it was great value for money! The gym was pretty good considering it is a hotel gym and it was clean and spacious. There was also beach access which we loved and used at sunset and the staff there brought us fresh towels and bottled water too.

Foosball table was broken but this is minor

The staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was spacious, nice bathrooms. Gym was nice .

The beach is not family friendly at all, very loud music and far too many adults. Not suitable if you have kids , not family friendly and very hectic. The pool was in the shade, it’s not heated so was very cold.
