I decided to surprise my husband with a trip and booked Jumeirah Saadiyat Island for a week for his birthday. My oh my!!! The hotel exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable trip. They had a birthday cake, balloons, cookies and a basket of fruits set up in our room on our arrival with rose petals on the bed. We also landed early morning around 8am and got to the hotel around 9am. Check-in wasn’t until 3pm, however our room was ready at 10.30am and we were allowed to check-in early!!! Always a plus. The room was amazing, we had the garden room which was super spacious with easy access to the pools and the beach as it was located on the ground floor. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and caring. The hotel focuses a lot on sustainability which is great and we were given beautiful complimentary bottles upon arrival to use around the hotel. Breakfast was top-notch, so many different options and cuisines to choose from, you will never get bored. I would like to highlight that there is a deposit to be paid upon arrival and it was about £800 for 6 nights (which you get back providing you didn’t break anything in the room), just a heads up for people who are not aware as I was not aware. The deposit is calculated based on the number of nights you are staying for. The beach!!!! Where do I even start?! The beach was the highlight of our trip. I’ve stayed in quite a few Jumeriah's and this one has been exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was bliss.

The staff were extremely friendly and could do enough to make you feel at ease and fully relaxed.

The property and beach are lovely but there were some key annoyances - you could hear the alarm on a phone/ ringing and conversations in the next room, I had been emailed by the hotel offering me a credit for the spa and when I arrived there was no knowledge of this and no one followed up with me, this was the front desk- in busy times the sunbeds got out of hand even though the staff did their very best, we paid for an ocean view room and it only just qualified as such - however there are some wonderful aspects as well- the quality of the rooms (when you don’t have noisy neighbours and the view of the sea isn’t blocked by building) is high and the food was excellent

This hotel was impeccable, as soon as we walked into our room it was very big with a beautiful view of the sea. The amenities in the room was very up to standard and the beds were very comfortable. I must say I travel a lot and stayed in lots of hotels, but Jumeirah was top notch, the service was very welcoming and every staff was so friendly and always had a smile and ready to help. They are very well organised and knows what hotel residents needs. I felt very relax and comfortable staying at this resort and the food served in the buffet restaurant was at a high standard of taste and quality. I would love to come back with my family next time!

Fabulous team at Jumeirah! So welcoming, helpful, friendly and professional! Exceptionally clean hotel! Food was absolutely delicious with plenty of choice. Wonderful sea views. Limited things to do in the evenings but perfect if you just want a relaxing holiday by the sea with good food, lovely sea views and sunshine. The only negative experience was buying two ice-creams which cost the equivalent of £30!! Thought it was a joke. Astronomical price and an absolute rip off! But overall the experience was fabulous!

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Jumeriah Saadiyat. The staff and the service they provided was incredible- they went over and beyond to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The resort itself catered for all of us (as a family with a young child); the pools, the beach, the restaurants and gym/spa facilities were superb. We went for our anniversary and wanted a luxurious experience - Jumeriah Saadiyat met these expectations and more. I would highly recommend a stay here, with or without children.

Everything was ok, good hotel and good services

Stunning hotel. Service was 10/10 food was amazing. The beach is beautiful. One tiny niggle was the pool is very small for the hotel but the staff went out of their way to get us more beds. Its quite far out so probably best to get a car but would highly recommend this hotel.
