We stayed two nights at this hotel to explore Abu Dhabi and attend a concert at Etihad Arena, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms are modern and beautifully designed. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, offering a wide selection of international dishes. The hotel amenities are immaculate and very well maintained, and the staff were consistently helpful and professional. Taxis were always readily available at the hotel entrance, which added to the overall convenience. We required an early check-in due to our flight arriving early in the morning, and this was accommodated without any issues. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi.

Loved our stay the ONLY downfall was the drinks service at breakfast and dinner was always very slow, usually we had finished our meal by the time drinks came, all the staff were polite and went out of their way to help us. Only one staff member let this down by telling us off for falling asleep in the foyer whilst waiting for our room (we had a night flight with two kids so kind of couldn't help it!) and I found that a bit unnecessary but maybe she just wanted something to do. The rooms were spacious, the pool was a great temperature and clean, life guards were checking swim nappies on babies which was reassuring, kids club was well maintained and great staff, food options were fine as we were half board we could mix it up so we didn't get bored, the eggs to order was a great concept and the morning coffees were always a great start to the day!

I had a great experience during my stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What really stood out was the exceptional service every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional. A special shout out to the spa team they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made the whole experience even more relaxing.

The hotel was very attractive, and the breakfast buffet was the best. I wish the pool was open later in the evening (beyond the theme parks), but I was told it was due to government regulations so it is likely the same at all the other nearby hotels. The shopping mall nearby was the best, but the best feature was the free access to the theme parks.

Such a nice hotel. Thulsi at reception was great. She briefed us on the hotel amenities and we managed to get early check in by a good few hours. We chose half board. Was stunned by the quality of food . Even lunch had such a varied amount of good quality/fresh food. Room cleanliness was top notch. Icing on the cake was the free access to all four theme parks. Was almost £90 a ticket for each park so esentially a no brainer. Finally, if you want to avoid kids in the pool, walking across to cafe del mar gives you free entry as a hotel guest and they have a beautiful infinity pool/pool bar

I loved my room. This hotel is not just a one night hotel. There were so many amenities that I’ve missed. However, I visited Nuri Restaurant. Awesome service. The atmosphere and decorations were top notch. The food was excellent. I ate plant based options but each bite was scrumptious.
