The Warwick Hotel Kenilworth

The location was ideal for the wedding that my partner and I were attending for. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking available and breakfast was pleasant with plenty available. Staff were very helpful and polite

There is two menus around the hotel and in the room which my partner and I assumed was what was served in the restaurant. We went down to ask to book a table for dinner and was told that it was not being served at that moment (lunchtime) so we decided to come down later on in the evening. When we came down and requested to be booked for the meal (that was available on one of the menus in the room and advertised in the hallways) we were told that the hotel/restaurant does not serve those anymore and the Sri Lankan menu was the only that is served now. It was a bit confusing and disappointing as we were unable to get the roast dinner we wanted from the hotel. We ended up having to go out to somewhere else to have one.

It was on route to where we were heading and broke the journey.

Paying for parking in the middle of nowhere. Tired and a bit soulless.

Ideal location for what we needed, reasonably priced. Rooms and hotel a bit dated but clean enough. No one else eating in the restaurant which was a bit concerning but our food was nice.

No lift and wasn’t aware of this beforehand, we had a baby with us so quite a bit of luggage to carry up and down stairs. Requested a cot bed which wasn’t in the room on arrival but then when it was put in there was no mattress for it.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good location for us visiting family. Reasonable continental breakfast, fresh pastries

Needed more people there. I hope that happens in time. Staff were doing their best to ensure we were happy
