Fantastic location on the outskirts of Birmingham City. Near the motorway.
Great service from all staff. Especially in the breakfast restaurant. The lady at counter was the most friendly and helpful staff member. Located a table for us all to be seated together and ordered vegetarian breakfasts for us. Loved the service.
Even the waitresses asked if we enjoyed our food and stay.
The sofa bed as a third bed was uncomfortable and the end of the bed there wss no support!!

The only positive aspect was the location, as it is conveniently close to the NEC.
The overall cleanliness and condition of the room were disappointing. The bathroom sink area had visible hair and dust upon arrival. I had to wipe down multiple surfaces in the room myself as they were dusty and not properly cleaned.
The sofa had visible stains. The furniture throughout the room was heavily worn, scratched and marked, giving the room a very tired and neglected appearance.
The room service food was also poor value for money. The sirloin steak portion was very small for the price, and the pizza was extremely dry and hard, as if it had been reheated multiple times. The total cost of £49.30 did not reflect the quality delivered.
This experience does not meet the expected standard of a Crowne Plaza property.
