This is a repeat visit - historic house, comfortable rooms, great swimming pool. Perfect location in countryside by close to Warwick University. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good food.
Wedding and large parties can be noisy - if bothered ask for a quiet room.

Great location, near enough and far enough from the city.
Lovely quiet room with views out to the golf course. Comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was very nice too.
Swimming pool was a real treat with very warm water and not too chlorinated. Open 7am-9pm!
Generous tasty breakfast served with a smile.
The drive badly needs attention but it forces drivers to go slowly which is probably a good thing.
Guests should be aware that the walls are rather thin so sound will travel from other rooms. Better on our second night as a particularly loud guest had gone home.
The water tank was directly above our room which some people might find
Guests should be aware to take flip flops or similar for the uneven floor at the pool.

Room - comfy, clean and large.
Breakfast - fry-ups were great.
Dinner - good choice and very tasty.
Staff - all very friendly.
Outlook from ground floor room (37) was restricted.
A first floor room overlooking the golf course would have been better.

The room was huge and very sparse. Not even one picture. It was quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The evening meal was very poor and expensive. We did not pay after expressing our views. Breakfast was ok.
