Fabulous location. Staff very helpful brought extra fan for our room Comfortable beds. Breakfast outstanding. Excellent value for money
Room 5 small. Towel rail blasting out heat and no way of turning it off. #redweatherwarning for heat. Shower mould stains around the shower tray Would be put off by any of the above though

Lovely room and comfy bed
The shower dripped all night which kept me awake. I also booked a twin bedded room and it was a double which is not our preference

Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location was right in the centre of Wells. Reasonable price for the location. Somehow our request for a twin room wasn't communicated, but the staff immediately split the double into two singes.
Lack of parking, Room was small but adequate for a single night. There was a broken electrical fitting in the bathroom (mentioned to hotel at the time) and the handbasin was cracked.
