The bed was comfortable, great hotel location and quirky decor
The room was small. The plug sockets by the bed were unusable due to poor positioning in relation to the unmovable headboard.

The location is great - very close to the Natural History museum and the tube. The room was small but comfortable. The. At room was outstanding and large.
There outlets to plug things in don’t work well for foreigners with adapters and plugs- they are too close to the immovable bed slide table.

I booked this hotel as I was going to the Royal Albert Hall and needed somewhere close. The room was quirky and the bed and pillows both comfortable. Facilities within the room were very good, free refreshments and snacks. The staff were all very attentive and friendly.
The room was compact, I was travelling alone but would have really struggled if I had been with someone else. The wardrobe as almost inaccessible without moving the bedside table.

BOOKING.com was MORE expensive than the Hotels advertised price, and they WOULD NOT honor the price match guarantee. NEVER AGAIN!
